However, for the shortcomings in service such as the old hotel, the closed shopping mall downstairs, the inability to find the entrance, the need to update the room facilities, the abnormal operation of the switch, the leakage and rot of the cabinet under the basin, and the problem of the hair dryer, we feel deeply guilty. These problems have indeed affected your stay experience, and we are deeply sorry for this.
