It’s probably the best established property in the radius of 10 miles and the convenience of the subway is incredibly surreal for travellers who treasure it.

Booked their best room. No interest to provide shampoo bottle(only body foam) for my room even though I was staying for 4 nights. Did not provide 2 bottle of mineral water daily for my room, toilet paper etc Room is old............ , location is terrible as iit above the super market's back door for delivery and work. Delivery carried out and works past mid night to morning. Noticed it was somebody knocking my door in the wee hours and was prominent to me after 2 consecutive night of knocking. could be soliciating to provide room services or illegal entry via one of the escape stairs, called the hotel from my room was told there is no security guard but cctv. Basically my perception is there is no interest to even look into the cctv to identify if there was any security concerns. Washing machine is functional and they have dryer machine.

If you are on a low budget, it is okay. The location is not that bad. Inside it reeks of smoking smell for those who hate smoking. If you’re a smoker then speak for yourself. It seems quite clean, however the amenities are old and there are no windows.

Su hotel is a cosy place to stay with a convenient location (both for tourists and business travellers. It is only two metro stations away from Hangzhou central railway station and few kilometres to the well-known West Lake. The Reception and Room Service staff were very welcoming and helpful for my 10 nights staying.

Nice and clean place, close to the metro and to restaurants. We could use the washing machine for free. Rooms were a bit small and there was no door for the ensuite toilette, which can be a bit uncomfortable depending on what you are doing in the restroom. Can recommend the place.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The room was quite small but comfortable enough for a short stay. The location was nice and convenient, but unfortunately, there was a lot of dust in the area due to ongoing construction work in the hotel. It made the surroundings a bit unpleasant. Overall, it was a good experience, but I hope the area improves once the construction is complete.

The hotel is just next to the metro station, quite cheap and a good place to stay for a few days. However the cleanliness is not perfect (although not terrible), and the sound isolation is quite poor, you can hear other people from your room. And there are no door to the bathroom in the room we picked! But all in all for the price paid it’s worth it

The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of Houchaomen Station and walking distance to the West Lake. The rooms are quite small and the mobile signal is poor inside the rooms. The wifi is also too slow. If you're a business traveller, you'd better find a nicer hotel with fast connection. The hotel has no elevators so if you have a heavy luggage, you need to carry them through the stairs. They're also strict with their check out time so if you usually request to check out late, better find another place to stay because you must leave at 12 noon. Other than that, the hotel is just OK.

Great location, just in front of houchaomen metro station exit A. Nice front desk. Price is ok. Walking distance to damalong market. If you need to go to bank there are many bank in the area.

Comfortable for an affordable price

So convenient, location just by the subway and they are reception is good

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was quite small and we didn't have much space for our luggage. The bed was also very short so our feet were sticking out. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped us with a lot of things. Great service from them! The location next to the metro is good, you can quite easily get around either with the metro or some if the busses. There is also a supermarket nearby and a few local restaurants.
