The hotel is very confortable and clean. It’s close to the West Lake and the service guys are really nice. Very good place. 😎

The room was clean, though a bit small, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, close to key attractions and transport. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou.

The location is ideal for a bike traveler, with all must-see attractions within 2 km by bike. Metro and bus stations are also nearby. The staff doesn’t speak English but is friendly and helpful. A big bonus—they offer free laundry service, which was a lifesaver after my long trip in China

The reception staff could have managed the crowd better during check-in. While I was handing over our passport mid-process, two men behind me cut the queue, making me feel unsafe. Unfortunately, the reception team did not address my concern or apologize, which left me feeling dissatisfied. That said, the overall stay was pleasant—the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, it was very convenient to get a car, which I appreciated.

The room was very clean, big and overall comfortable. The position of the hotel is perfect，the room for breakfast was a little small but good.

The hotel walking distance to the lakeside. A lot of eateries around . Hotel quite well design even though there is no window in the room.

Very good hotel, near west lake

Just a note that the place is called “Home Inn Plus” instead of “Home Inn Collection”. It is a building with multiple hotels. The drop off/pick up point is by the road side, there wasn’t a drive through which felt abit uninviting on first impression - it was also a little inconvenient as i was carrying a big luggage. Location is generally close to iconic tourist attractions - west lake, hubin road, wulin night market. Designs of the hotel: long corridors (my room was quite a distance from the lobby) The rooms are not sound proof. I was awaken by my neighbours chatting at 6:45am, ruined my mood really. They kept going for more than an hour -.-. As the rooms does not have a “window”, the window leads to a common garden display that is shared with neighbouring units - nt sure if this design amplified their chatters or it’s the walls. Breakfast - was soso. The steamed items were served cold, staff mentioned it was cooked but i think it should be kept warm, same for the items they pre cooked - the pancake and fried eggs. The laundry area is highly utilised while i was there. We preferred our Home Inn experience in Suzhou

Clean room, nice facilities, very close to the West lake and walking street. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is delicious

I strongly recommend this hotel, it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. I booked a room with two single beds, the room is clean, tidy and pretty with plenty of space. I like that they have the washing sink separately with toilet where I can brush my teeth and dry my hair while my friend is showering. I'll definitely book this hotel again if I plan to travel to Hangzhou again.

Location is good and near to the tourist attractions. Clean room and laundry service provided. There are some shops below the hotel and haidilao restaurant located at the same building. Overall experience is great.

Walking Distance to West Lake is the main reason for selecting the hotel with multiple choices of breakfast and good amenities in hotel, the toilet also amazes me Strongly recommended to all who looking for a short stay in Hangzhou

This hotel is very near to 西湖. Within walkable distance. Hotel is newly built, so it was clean.
