The room was very nice and clean. All amentities were great. The hotel staff was helpful and service-minded. The breakfast was amazing and tasty with varieties of food. The location was excellent that was near to the subway station.

The location is quite convenient, the room is spacious, but unfortunately, there is no place to hang our shirts.

We really love our stay in Elong hotel, the hotel is clean, has vary and delicious breakfast, wide and free laundry room. We have a free upgrade room since we stay with kids. Love it!

The room is clean and tidy. The location is very close to the Metro, it takes around 10 minutes to go the station which closest to Xi Hu

The location is great , 100 meters away from metro station. The hotel room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are separated. There's a convenient shop and restaurants nearby The staff are helpful and friendly, just that they are too occupied and sometimes we have to wait for them to attend to us.. Will definitely come again.

Everything is ok except aircond a bit hot not sure is it because centralised aircond

The front desk staff are super nice, e.g. Selia. They patiently answer the questions we have and also give some gifts to my kids during checking out. The room is spacious. FOC to providing bottle of water. Very near to the Metro (LRT) station.
