I love the hotel because of the reasonable price and location close to the railway station.

Higher recommended, it was a very great experience with high tech Xiao Du AI companions during the stay. Their service was excellent, even though we didn't opt for hotel breakfast, they were willing to help order food delivery for us. The best is they also provided free laundry service together with dryer available. The location is very strategic, walkable distance to the famous Hangzhou West Lake spots.

The service attitude at the front desk was really good. I arrived late and asked about the check-out time the next day. It was explained that I was here for an exam. The front desk immediately said that I could delay check-out. Very considerate! Good reviews! The room was also very clean with very new equipment. I had a good night's rest! Finding this hotel took a long time (half an hour) when I was 20 meters away. The booking was made under an English name but alas the taxi driver didn’t speak English - that English name appears only on an advertisement anyway. This hotel is on the back of another hotel. The hotel is right in the alley. I found that using your room card to select a room to be a two handed trick. One hand to use the room key to allow you to select a floor, and the other hand to actually select the floor at the same moment. Breakfast’s on 3F when I went in 2025.
