This is an excellent hotel owned by a lovely couple. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend highly. It is within walking distance to the Grand Canyon waterpark and only 300-400 baht grab to go back into the Chiang Mai centre.

Nice owners and beautiful property but the rooms need work.
Very little hot water. My shower was like warm at best. Paper thin walls. I heard every word the guy next to me said. At times it sounded like he was in my bathroom. Also on that note, the employees decided that 730am was a good time to sweep outside my door for 1 hour straight. Of course I heard every step and brissel on that broom. The rooms are old. Definitely need some serious updating. The bed is almost broken. I say that because the whole frame sifts when you get in. Could not figure out the TV.
Other than that just like many back roads in Thailand it is very narrow so please be careful.

A slice of heaven. As soon as we stepped onto the property I felt my stress slip away. The property is so lush with beautiful plants and decorations. The rooms are all so unique and well thought out. Al and Nok, the owners are such wonderful and authentic people who help to add to the character of the property and will make every effort to ensure you are happy. For example, prior to our arrival Nok picked up some essential groceries for us so they would be waiting for us when we arrived and Al offerd to drive us to the Airport in the morning if the cab didn't come on time. I would reccomend anyone to stay here who wants an authentic and unique Thai experience. My favorite part of my stay was watching the sun come up in the morning with my coffee in the outdoor kitchen/family room.

My partner and I stayed here for one night and adored it. Beautiful grounds with many areas to chill out and enjoy the weather. The owners are very welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. Excellent value for money! It's also an easy 10 minute walk to the Grand Canyon waterpark. If you're in the area, I would definitely put this top of your list to stay.
