That’s what I get for booking last minute - the worse accommodation I’ve ever stayed in! The place is filthy from car park to bedroom. It wants knocking down and rebuilding. There is not one redeeming feature from rude staff to rotting bathroom. I’m amazed they have the cheek to charge, let alone charge over £70! If you’re ever desperate for last minute accom - do yourself a favour and sleep in your car!

We had paid to go to this hotel on Saturday for 1 night travelling from Newcastle to Manchester airport to catch flight Sunday morning. The airline unexpectedly changed the flight to 12 hours later , we know we could not cancel hotel however there is an option to change dates , so I did for us coming back a week later where they had availability! I got totally ignored for this request then when rang up it transfers to a mobile where after 2 days finally got through to be told from an awful attitude woman that they would not change the dates all about money pure greed no customer service care , however it was a blessing may need a tetanus after staying there and they won’t get a penny out of me!
