Had a pleasant one night stay recently as we were attending a wedding close by. Room was very clean, the usual comfortable bed, spacious enough and very friendly and helpful staff. Most satisfactory.

Found this place as a much cheaper alternative to the excessively expensive hotels closer to Manchester even when factoring in the Uber charges. Great spot in a quiet location with an adjoining pub for food or drink. Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay again if out in Manchester in future.

I had a great stay at the hotel. I have stayed there one time before and again I had the same great experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The pub next door breakfast was delicious.

A basic no frills hotel. Reasonably comfortable stay. But lacking any charm. Rooms have a slightly off putting smell. Not major, just not fresh.

No air conditioning and bedroom was 28.5 degrees, fan did nothing and basically oven in a bedroom. Staff were helpful but major money needs to be spent.
