The Mountain Park in the summer is not cheap but even if buy the 4 hour pass instead of the multi park day pass, you will get your moneys worth. Especially if you like roller coasters. There is also an Arial Adventure Park which comes with the day pass. It’s very fun- I did the easiest course- and it was challenging for a first timer. But it’s not something for multiple days.

We booked through a third party as part of a block of rooms for an upcoming wedding. Over seven weeks prior to our reservation, we had to cancel our stay due to unfortunate personal circumstances. The third party we booked through suggested we reach out to the resort and see if we would be eligible for a 50% credit toward a future booking. We did so and were met with a cold, rude response. An attitude that suggested our request was absurd, and something they'd "never done in almost ten years." My apologies for attempting to return to the resort with my family at a later date, spending more money to recoup an experience that has been tarnished due to devastating personal circumstances. I can assure you I would never book at this hotel in the future and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Beautiful Berkshire relaxation!
From the pleasant staff to the comfy cozy, clean atmosphere of the room, this resort is a definite “go to” experience while vacationing in the Berkshires. The resort attractions are a family fun filled adventures that are great to experience. Our favorite was the ski lift to the top of the mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenic view. This resort is clise to Mount Greylock and other attractions such as the Butterfly Conservatory. The only negative thing I can report is the lack of a door knob on one of the closets and the bathroom door knob handle was a little loose but other than that our unit was definitely worth the stay!

Cozy stay
The room was nice bed was comfortable, and the Tv area had a second TV in the bedroom. The fridge was old and prob needs to be replaced.

Good base to do things in the Berkshires
We didn't spend much time there, but it was nice, comfortable, clean and quiet. It was close to the things we had planned to do.

Did not use any amenities to speak of. But it was the perfect place to spend the night. No issues. Lovely bedrooms and living area. If we had more time I would have read my book on the peaceful deck. Well stocked with toiletries and extra blankets/pillows.
