Amongst the best places I’ve stayed. Vicky is a welcoming host, room was nicely decorated, furnished and cosy warm. Bed was comfy, shower was great, no water pressure issues or varying water temperatures here. Breakfast lots of choice and the cooked breakfast consisted of high quality ingredients. I would stay again if visiting the NEC and no reservations about recommending to others.

What a lovely welcome to such a beautiful home. Everything was perfect the rooms were lovely and the bed was very comfortable.The breakfast was perfect and the dinning room was overlooking a very well maintained garden. Differently stay there again.

Wow, this guest house/B&B is simply the best, lovely hosts, superb accommodation, most comfortable beds and tasty breakfast. Highly recommend and will definitely revisit next year. We attended the Emergency services event at the NEC and it was just perfect (approximately 12 mins by car). Excellent value for pricing too as places closer are souch more expensive but nowhere near as good!

What an amazing and beautiful place to stay - it was a short trip as we were going to the NEC. I came across this B and B and I can honestly say the whole experience was exceptional. There is nothing I can think of that would make it better. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, parking and lovely host! Do stay, you wont regret it.

A real gem! Spotlessly and comfortable with great facilities. Bed was amazing had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. Breakfast was perfect, lots of choice and cooked breakfast couldn't have been better. Victoria was a fab host, friendly and full of usefull local information. Will definitely revisit!

We had a wonderful stay at Barncroft Guest House. Victoria, the owner, was very friendly and welcomed us warmly- her hospitality was outstanding! The room we stayed in was extremely comfortable and immaculate. It was lovely and quiet there and what’s more there were many breakfast options- and Victoria’s cooked breakfasts were absolutely delicious! We are very pleased to have discovered Barncroft Guest House and hope to stay there again!

Barncroft Guest House is a hidden gem. It is set in its own grounds and very quiet, whilst being a short distance away from the NEC and Birmingham Airport. The owners are very welcoming and the rooms are spotless. I highly recommend this guest house, we have used it a few times now and the standards are consistently, exceptionally high.

Absolutely Beautiful stay . We stayed the Friday and Sunday night whist travelling for Dave Day 2 .Three of us with motorbikes ! The room was beautiful and Vicky the host was amazing. So welcoming and the room had everything we could of expected and more . Breakfast was gorgeous and a huge choice too . Highly recommended, very accommodating and wonderful host . Beautifully clean :) Thank you !
