This hotel has an amazing beach and pool where you can enjoy your day in good company. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. And the entertainment team always has something to do for the kids like pool activities etc.. You can have the buffet food or even book in an a la carte restaurant.

I’m basing this review on the staff, particularly Sasouki as he was absolutely fantastic. As a solo traveller, I was very nervous coming to the hotel alone but after an unfortunate jellyfish sting in the sea, I was looked after by Sasouki and I have loved my stay since. The animation team are super friendly and I’ve enjoyed my stay to the fullest!

Gutes Essen, schöne Zimmer, gute Animation, exzellentes Personal. Der Pool, sowie der Strand sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Es gibt gute Angebote um das Land zu erkunden.

Animazione molto divertente e simpatici, sono davvero disponibili. L’hotel è molto bello, lo consiglierei a chiunque. Penso che le camere siano molto belle e pulite, il cibo è buono e sono presenti diversi ristoranti, la reception ha del personale che è sempre pronto ad accogliere nuove persone ed è molto disponibile

I visit this hotel 4 times a year, and will be returning at the end of September, and have been doing so for many years. I have enjoyed every single visit and am very surprised by some of the negative and unpleasant reviews posted here. The food may be a bit repetitive, but there is always chicken, beef, fish, sometimes turkey, pork or quail, freshly cooked stir fry, pasta, plenty of vegetables, and salads and desserts to die for! The rooms and bar areas could do with a bit of updating, but they are clean and comfortable. The pool area, beach and the staff who look after them are lovely, the bar staff, waiters, porters, cleaners, maintenance, gardeners are always friendly, helpful and busy. The management and reception teams are great, although some speak less English than others, but it's a multi national hotel, and that's only to be expected. Finally, I've noticed a few times that some guests are much better at finding fault than explaining a problem. Please and thank you and a nice smile go a long way towards sorting things out.
