Un conseil ne vous fiez pas aux avis positifs et élogieux. Lisez plutôt les commentaires négatifs qui sont malheureusement le reflet de la réalité. Nous en avons fait la triste expérience ! Si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances ne choisissez pas cet hôtel

La semaine a été très très longue. C’est la première fois de notre vie que nous sommes contents de rentrer à la maison . Si cela avait été possible, nous repartions immédiatement. Comme toutes les autres personnes, pas de chambre disponible. Nous étions 2 couples de la même famille , ce qui les arrangeait bien ,du coup on nous a collés dans une chambre familiale au fin fond de l’hôtel . Chambre on ne peut plus vétuste . Quand nous relisons les avis de septembre 2024 , nous revivons exactement les mêmes choses que les autres voyageurs… Personnel très désagréable, restaurant d’une saleté incroyable. Du jamais vu dans aucun hôtel.Je n’ose même pas imaginer l’état de la cuisine . En résumé, nous ne remettrons jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel , ni même en Tunisie .

As good as always. This hotel never disappoints me - as 31 stays will attest to. It's not 5 star luxury, but is spotlessly clean and the staff are awesome. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Bring disabled. I note there are a few steps around the grounds but in the main, they do not worry me. The only exception is that a handrail is badly needed on the front steps but I'm hopeful this will be sorted soon. Ground floor rooms are available on request. 24 all inclusive - food and drink available any time.

We spend the winter here, along with many other people, the hotel staff are 💯 % dedicated to helping and making people happy and comfortable, there is a wide variety of beautiful foods for everyone, beautiful wine 🍷 and splendid cocktails. We were lucky to be here for the Christmas Gala Evening, and it was amazing, an array of beautiful food to be had with the amazing cocktails, dancing with Rio and his hard working amazing team, then a spectacular meal, we have already booked for 2025 Christmas 🎄 honestly we all come back year after year, the welcome and the love ❤️ is second to none

Nous avons décidé de partir pour les fêtes de fin d'année en famille. Tout était parfait , l'hôtel est magnifique, bien décoré pour l'occasion. Ça sent toujours bon l'odeur du jasmin . L'accueil est irréprochable , on si sent bien dès l'arrivée . Les buffets sont variés et bien présentés. Nous avons sympathisé avec 2 serveurs . Merci à Balti et Anis , ils étaient au top , toujours au petit soin c'est agréable de rencontrer de belles personnes . Le meilleur pour la fin , l'animation est incroyable, nous sommes jamais autant amusé, nous avons participé à de nombreuses animations toujours dans la joie et la bonne humeur. Mention spéciale à Rio , il a toujours le sourire et à toujours le petit mot pour nous faire rire . Nous sommes répartis dépaysé avec des souvenirs pleins la tête. Un grand merci

Très bel hôtel, le service au top, le buffet est varié et très bon, l'animation de la soirée du nouvel an etait juste parfaite! Merci à Rio et à toute l'équipe qui ont permis de rendre notre séjour si beau... Très bonnes vacances passées dans cet hôtel entre amis. Je recommande.

This is my second time in This Hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic 👌 and the food is absolutely magnificent. The staff are amazing and are always there if you need them. And the animation team are absolutely active with lots of activities to do. Such as darts, table tennis and archery. If you want my honest opinion, you should come and give it a go.
