The food and staff are excellent. In general, the furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated, but all in all, highly recommended.

I really appreciated this place which is clean and quiet. However, we waited 1 hour before getting our room. And it's just unbearable in 37 degree heat.

Je viens dans cet hôtel depuis 5 ans, et à chaque séjour, je me sens comme chez moi. Un grand merci à Sonia, qui contribue énormément à rendre mon expérience exceptionnelle à chaque fois. Grâce à son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son sourire constant, j’ai toujours plaisir à revenir. L'hôtel est toujours bien entretenu, le personnel est accueillant, et l’ambiance y est chaleureuse. Que ce soit pour se détendre ou passer de bonnes vacances, c’est une adresse à recommander sans hésitation ! Merci encore à toute l’équipe, et surtout à Sonia, qui fait vraiment la différence. À très bientôt !

Hammamet garden have good food, especially the dinnerr food it has really suprised me . The conditions of the rooms are spectacular, really enjoyed it.

Pictures don’t match the vibe once you get here. Interior is very outdated. Bar serves warm soft drinks. Mocktails/mojitos are chargeable. Bar snacks is a plate of pizza on a plate like a kids party and goes within a minute (no exaggeration). Paper cups are provided instead of glass, thats including the buffet. You have to wait around for a glass (this has been a problem everyday). Cold water is not cold unless you get it from their drinks machine which tastes fruity (even the “cold water” option hits you with a zesty taste. But you can request water bottles and fridge them and enjoy cold water that way. You have to get up and down stairs to access lifts which doesn’t make sense to me. Resort is definitely not pram/disable friendly. In the bedroom, the sink/bathroom and the toilet is separate. ATM is not nearby and majority places only accept cash. Safety deposit is chargeable. Kids club is practically empty with no painting, no new colouring papers. Excursion guy charges double than what it’s worth. Yellow Taxi’s try and overcharge you, until you show them you know what price you should pay. Hotel spa is cash only. 10 min trips should not cost you more than 10dinar and they try and quote you 15/20 dinar. Room has no main light, you have to utilise the light you have. No kettle, iron, microwave in the room, even after requesting a kettle twice after they said they will send one up, none has been provided. No plug sockets available in the room barring the one for the tv which is also linked to the fridge. AC is not strong, you will still feel hot with the AC on the highest power. Beach is not on-site but free shuttle bus available. Entertainment starts from 9am to 11/12am and its LOUD. Gym room is definitely as you see it though, it’s outdated with a few machines and that’s it. Definitely needs a refurb and only good thing that’s made our trip acceptable is friendly staff and people and buffet is satisfactory. Definitely not a 4 star but 2-3 star at best.

Je suis actuellement en séjour à l'hôtel Hammamet Garden Spa & Resort, et dans l'ensemble, tout s'est très bien passé. L'accueil dès l'arrivée a été chaleureuse, la nourriture agréable et variée, et l'ambiance générale très reposante. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours souriant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la dernière soirée, où je me suis vraiment bien amusé. Un grand merci à Daly et Leo, deux animateurs formidables, très professionnels, adorables et toujours à l’écoute des vacanciers. Ils savent mettre l’ambiance sans jamais être dans l’excès. Cependant, petit bémol concernant les autres animateurs et leur chef qui se sont montrés hautains, désagréables et parfois même limite racistes. C’est vraiment dommage car cela contraste fortement avec la gentillesse du reste de l’équipe. Je tiens aussi à remercier Sonia à l’accueil, qui a été d’une douceur et d’un professionnalisme exemplaires. Son sourire, sa gentillesse et son sens du service reflètent vraiment un cœur en or. Elle a grandement contribué à rendre ce séjour encore plus agréable. Merci à toute l’équipe (et surtout à ceux qui font leur travail avec passion et respect) pour ce beau séjour !
