DO NOT GO! Do not let the photos deceive you! Looks nothing like it. Rooms are terrible. Fridge never been cleaned nor does it work. Looks like it's falling apart. Food is absolutely disgusting gave myself and a few other guests food poisoning. Resorted to eating outside the hotel. The "entertainment" staff hounded us everyday just to make fun of how we speak constantly in our faces. We would be sat around the pool or having a quiet drink they would pull a chair on our table and watch us and then go on their phones making us feel uncomfortable. Another time by the pool one of the girls from the animation took my phone to show me how to write a review to then writes one herself on my phone didn't complete as i needed to log in which i claimed i dont know it. Then proceeds to go on my snapchat and Facebook to add herself on it and then calls me on it have all proof if hotel needs to see it!! Only good thing about the hotel was the bar staff and the lady on reception always happy. Girl from animation is too busy trying find an English boyfriend than do what they are paid to do which is entertain. They would rather us entertain them than the other way around.

Absolute holiday from hell. Do not let the photos trick you. Nothing like the photos. Half of the reviews are written by the "entertainment" staff. As one girl took my phone and attempted to write one herself while adding herself on my snapchat and going on my social media without my consent to then calling me on my social media. Taking the mick of how we speak every single day. Food is horrendous and gave us and a handle full of other guests food poisoning. Lady at the reception was spot on with us throughout our stay and the bar staff are incredible which is the only good thing about the hotel. If you want to relax you will not get that as they just literally sit on you're sun bed try to speak and mimic you and then sit on their phones. It was like we had to entertain them than them getting paid to entertain us. Go self catering if it's just a room to get you're head down on.

Please don't book you holiday here. Do your future self a favour and book somewhere else. This hotel needs pulling down. The only saving grace is the friendly entertainment staff ( Tunisians in general seem so friendly ) and the beach is decent the rest is very poor. The rooms, the food, the general facilities. Just not upto standard. RIP it down and start again.

We have had and are currently having a great time! The staff are lovely, and the food is very traditional to Tunisia - which we enjoyed. The weather in October is gorgeous, and it is less busy, which worked great for us as a couple. So far so good, would recommend staying here.

I really wish I had listened to the bad reviews and not gone to this hotel When we arrived we were “directed” without a choice to our room where the staff member aggressively demanded a tip. When we explained we had no cash due to it being a closed currency from the UK he got incredibly upset with us but when we came back with some cash for a tip he soon changed his tune! When we checked into our room, we were expecting a dated room as per the reviews and this is jot something we were worried about. However out of the 2 rooms we had, one had no working air con and the toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor. The other room wouldn’t lock l. We managed to change both rooms. Be advised that there is no WiFi throughout the hotel except in the reception area or pool (which is very intermittent). Due to coming from UK, buying data was really expensive so something to be aware of There is no safe in the bedrooms but you can put a deposit on a safety box in the reception which we did to keep our passports safe Upon going for lunch the restraint any absolutely stinks. There is flies around every item of food and all around the tables even inside there is no escaping them trying to fly into your mouth. There was no hygiene standards in the restaurant. The dishes looked edible but the flies made them inedible. We decided to use the show cooking station to eat as we could keep our eyes on the food preparation and flies but I ended up getting food poisoning on our first day After feeling the most unsafe I have ever felt in a country before, we booked the first flight home that we could and managed to get through the weekend until our flight home. Never been so happy returning from a holiday! We never expected 5 star luxury but this wasn’t even 1 star and that 1 star goes to the animation team as they were really great If you get a taxi make sure you agree the cash price before getting into the taxi as they will intimidate you into paying more than what you were informed. I would never return especially to this hotel
