Les Orangers Garden Villas and Bungalows Ultra All Inclusive

10/10 attentive friendly service, impeccable food and spotless rooms! Me and my mum stayed here in the seafront bungalow for a week for one of our favourite holidays yet. Nothing is ever too much for the staff Nabil has been amazing for room service and Moez has been great at the bar! The rooms are cleaned to perfection with very comfy beds and pillows. The grounds are very spacious and luxurious, really recommend for a relaxing getaway

It was a very nice hotel. The standard has been declining year after year. The food is now monotonous. The service is average.The rooms are not cleaned and need renovation. The management shows no interest in feedback from guests. Since last year, there has been a problem with beach towels, which has not yet been resolved. It is not worth the price it charges.

This is a very nice hotel. People can dispute the rating but what I can say is… - the food is very good. We had two picky 14 year olds with us and they were very satisfied at every meal. - the staff across the whole hotel were amazing. - the pool, towels, bar service, drinks were fine. We particularly enjoyed the wine and local beer and good cocktail selection. - we had a bungalow room which is great for a family and had a private bar area and pool which we enjoyed. Downsides… nothing really!!! - The hotel needs a bit of TLC in certain areas but this is compensated by the attention to detail from the staff so unless this is your thing it’s unnoticeable Overall This is a quiet, understated hotel with a relaxed feel. If you want something more then the Beach hotel is next door but the Gardens had everything we needed.

The hotel is rated as 5 star. It is unfortunately a long way away from 5 star and getting closer to 2 star. Food is DISGRACEFUL, cold, tasteless, inedible. In a 14 night stay, Liver on menu on at least 10 days. Had a burger one night for dinner as there was nothing better on offer, Burger was okay, but, no chips, no potatoes, no bread bun, no relish, it was burger and nothing to go with it. Steak was on the grill a few times, but impossible to chew it, tough does not get near to what it was like, lamb chops one night on grill, the same as steak, it was horrendous. Pizzas fresh from pizza oven were good, but that was for lunch. It was impossible to make yourself a plate of food for dinner. Casseroles at night, cold, but no potatoes or veg to accompany casserole. We have been visiting this hotel twice a year for 7 years, food has always been on the poor side but this year it has really gone down to a real low level, which is s shame. FOOD IS NOT NEARLY GOOD ENOUGH. It is a real shame, they have many great staff who got their way to help, Reception staff so friendly and helpful, Djamal at poolside and staff excellent, room maids very helpful, waiters try but only because they are hoping to get tips. The hotel and location are excellent but the place has really gone downhill especially the food. We will not be returning again the food was just awful. I told management the same thing back in May on our last visit but they just do not listen, I thought they did, but the only change was, the food got even worse. Also despite our complaints in May and the promise to look after us when we returned in September, we were given the worst room ever, looking straight into a wall. Management actually gave the impression that they were trying to annoy us. It was not good. It is very sad to think we will not go back but that is how we feel. It would need to improve a lot and we would need reassurance of the room we get but I doubt it will happen

I was here for a short amount of time it was a beautiful hotel inside and the rooms were great. A walk away from the sea. we were due to check in at 12 and we had to wait nearly 2 hours for our room to get cleaned then got given keys that didn’t work too. But was soon sorted out. The aircon didn’t work at the start in one of the rooms but they sorted it quick. The cleaners were very sweet and helpful. The beach is very busy it’s a public beach. The resption staff was very welcoming. The food was average. The service wasn’t great we asked for a drink 2 times and they never gave it to us . They also forgot our cutlery too and they weren’t very warm. It is a lovely hotel location is far from the medina and it’s far from any shops too. But they have camel rides on the beach and house rides and also water sports jet skis. A lot going on. This hotel is more for older people not young .
