This is a nicely located airport. There are some nice amenities the front office staff was very pleasant. Now the actual rooms are old and dated I knew it was going to be problems when I seen the cards that stated light house keeping Mon-Thur, Fri complete clean Sat and Sun by request only. There was some form of crust on the toilet we cleaned with Clorox wipes and one of the hand towels had a spot of blood on it. The real fun began at 1030 at night when it was time for bed one family member saw a roach crawling on the wall. Killed it took it to the front desk, spoke with someone about changing rooms and a refund. Came back to the room roach on the counter roach on the refrigerator. I wonder what would happen if we moved the fridge. Had to leave and find new lodging at 1145p. One hotel with 1 room open 22 minutes away. I believe they knew that room was infested and only kept it open because the hotel was at capacity terrible time.

Cincinnati Open stay
Accommodations were excellent and room layout quite functional. Check-in and checkout were not the smoothest but in the end no issues. Recommend staying there if you are in the area!

My work stay at this hotel brand, a first for me, was great, with the social hour being the definite highlight. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including eggs, bacon, sausage, Greek yogurt, ham, and cheeses—all typical, but with the welcome addition of a soda dispenser. The social hour truly GREAT, beer and wine for a small fee and excellent, rotating food options like mashed potatoes, burgers, hot dogs, steamed veggies, hummus and vegetables, BBQ and red sauce meatballs, and chicken and waffles. While the room felt a bit dark due to the dark brown bed board and kitchen cabinets, turning on the lights and opening the blinds easily brightened it up. A significant plus was being able to open both windows for fresh air

We stayed here for 12 days and it was almost perfect. Our room was great, the staff were awesome and very attentive, they had a wonderful breakfast spread and the laundry was free. The only thing that made this place slightly less than perfect was the fitness facility…it was very small and combined with laundry room. Other than that, this place was exactly what we wanted/needed.

What a fantastic place! This property is so pretty!! The courtyard is full of flowers, trees, and places to sit by a fire. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with soaps, dishes, towels, etc. We went to the front desk to get sheets for the pull-out couch, and the people at the front desk were fast to get them and were so kind. Breakfast was delicious, fully stocked with all kinds of food. They have fountain drinks and water offered 24/7 for guests to have as well. Their little shop to buy anything you may have forgotten had a few cool things but was a bit pricey. The pool was clean and well-maintained! The only “bad” thing that happened was very loud and disrespectful kids that were roomed next to us. There was some sort of basketball thing with kids from Montreal, and they were rowdy. Thankfully, the front desk dealt with them, and we had no further issues!! The hotel staff were very apologetic about it even though it wasn’t their fault, and I made sure to let them know I didn’t blame them at all! Overall, we had a blast at this hotel. I’m very thankful we were able to find it, and it was reasonably priced! It was perfect for our weekend trip to go to Kings Island and the Newport Aquarium (both are less than a half-hour drive from the hotel). We will be back!!!

Amazing experience, the staff is constantly cleaning, and the front desk is very attentive to any requests. We had an issue with unsupervised kids knocking on our door while our baby was sleeping and it was addressed in person within 5 minutes of notifying the front.

I requested top floor, and they were accommodating. The staff here is excellent. Everyone was helpful and kind. The room was very nice, clean, and quiet. The beds and pillows were really comfortable (slept well)! We didn’t swim, but there is an indoor pool. Only 13 minutes from Cincinatti Children’s Hospital, which is why we’re in the area. They have breakfast, but we didn’t eat.
