a) check-in time 400pm, even when rooms are available, not willing to give out around noon. Have to repeatedly ask. b) computer system not flexible, if you have consecutive bookings, you have to check in multiple times, cannot ensure one can stay in the same room for multiple-consecutive bookings. Front desk is impatient /impolite in handling such requests. Inadequate front desk staff training. c) otherwise, hotel in a very convenient location, clean, tiny, well maintained rooms.

Excellent in all aspects.  Location is the best in Hamburg, together with services and breakfast.  Room is big and very clean.

Front desk is understaffed, queuing is needed for most of the time especially check in and check out peak. Service is good though. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice.

A good and clean hotel in a good location and access to the city center, metro and... Everything was fine except my room didn't have a good view, my key card didn't work with the elevator when I got back to the hotel the receptionist wasn't there and I had to use the stairs to get to my room on the 4th floor. The pool and sauna were disabled and I didn't see anything about it on the booking website (Of course I didn't look hard because it's a normal feature for a five-star hotel and I expected it to be clearly stated).

Nice hotel, good design. Clean. Considering to be Good Location. Nice people, good service at front office, bell captain. Good service in Restaurant, Room Service. But hotel only gives me soap and other bath equipments the first day. Later just put empty bottle of soap, empty bottle of shampoo on my bathroom.

Very comfortable stay!! The room and bed are big, close to the city center, transportation is very convenient, and the most favorite is the TV with screen projection. Just during the Spring Festival, I can lie in the room and watch the Spring Festival Gala when I return to the hotel. The breakfast is also very rich (*¯︶¯*) The only drawback is that the sauna and gym are in a very remote corner, hard to find and not many people.

The breakfast was phenomenal. The room was very spacious. Service was very friendly. We felt comfortable. We would gladly come back.

Stayed in the hotel for 6 nights, on a business trip + a casual trip. The hotel is generally very good. The front desk is very professional and friendly. In addition, I saw that there was indeed a Chinese receptionist at the front desk. The room is quite big, and it's a very luxurious stay😄. You'll feel like you're still in China haha~ The facilities and hygiene are good, and the cleaning is quite timely. The breakfast is quite rich and the price/performance ratio is quite good, but there are quite a lot of people on weekends. In addition, the location of the hotel is also quite good. It is very close to the Maiden Causeway and the church within walking distance. But it’s not in a noisy tourist area, and the restaurants nearby are not expensive. There are supermarkets and DMs within a 5-minute walk~ During my week in Germany, my best experience was at the hotel. I highly recommend it.

Environment: The newly renovated hotel has a nice environment. There are local restaurants around the hotel and beautiful river views. Facilities: The room is very spacious, with lots of storage space and a big bed that is very comfortable!
