Premier Inn Hamburg City (Zentrum) Reviews

Decent hotel, nothing to complain about. Big comfy bed, nice basic room, convenient location not far from the city centre. Check in was a little late but we were able to leave our bags and go explore the city.

Very god hotel for stay near canal. Breakfast also satisfying.

As visitors we found it difficult to locate where to park our car because it is not clearly marked nor mentioned on the website. Lots of construction so streets cut off. No bottles of water in our rooms. No refrigerator. Parking cost 24€ even for quests who paid for 2 rooms! Some employees smile while they are serving you and others behave begrudgingly and have a frown on their face. Very regimented.

In city center, there is an ubahn staion in front of the hotel. You may walk to everywhere.

Pros: Perfect location. Beautiful view. Friendly staff. Wide and clean room. Good wifi connection. Cons: Aircon didn’t work.

Choose to stay at Premier Inn as I have previously stayed in this hotel before. Totally no regret. The hotel is just next to the train station. Walkable distance to TownHall area and high end shopping places. Love it.

Great hotel and position, great for walking and exploring the city. Also next to the Ubahn which was convenient. Breakfast was good too.

Very well located outside a subway station (a 1 min walk from the hotel). At walking distance of Cremon St. (many restaurants), Miniatur Wunderland, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg and harbour. Good breakfast and pleasant breakfast space. You can eat at the bar but elementary things like pizza.

It is a amazing location and much better than premier Inn UK standards

The bar didn’t have much choice but we weren’t there to have a drink of course. The room was very neat and we had a rain shower. We could choose what view we wanted so we went to the highest floor. The parking was quite expensive for three days but if we would park somewhere else I’d cost the same… We didn’t have breakfast there so I can’t really say anything about that. Oh and the U bahn is right on the same street so that was great!

conveniently placed near U BAHN. 2 stops from HAMBURG HBF. hotel seems to be newly built with very clean rooms. good double glazed window so no noise from out side street.

Very good for 2-3 days. Very close to everywhere. Comfortable beds.
