Otelin en güçlü kısmı mutfak/restoran. Bu kısımda herkes vizör vızır çalışıp harika yemekler sunup ortamı düzenliyor. Sorun yaşadığınızda Şef Şenel Hanım’a ulaşabilirsiniz. Asyalı kadın masörlerden masajı mutlaka tavsiye ediyorum. Maalesef termal suyu 20 derece civarı bir ılıklıkta. Otel ana yoldan 5 dk uzaklıkta olduğu için toplu taşıma ile gelenler için alıp bırakma servisi yapmalı. Çay saatindeki kek çeşitleri azaltılıp kurabiye yapılabilir

Selda hanım sayesinde bir yıldır iki haftada bir sürekli masaja geliyoruz. Çok memnunuz masörlerden de. Selda hanımda o kadar güler yüzlü ve içten biri ki tüm üniversitede görev yapan arkadaşlarıma bahsettim. Bazıları masaj yaptırmaktan daha önce deneyimlemediği için çekiniyorlardı. Ben de Selda hanımı tanıyıp evinizde gibi hissettiğinizde geçecektir dedim. En az dört beş arkadaşım da Selda hanımın güler yüzlü karşılaması sayesinde müdavimi oldular. Sizi yakında fazlasıyla hakettiğiniz çok daha üst pozisyonlarda görmek ümidiyle. Belki o zaman kalmaya da gelmeye başlarız:)

Hilas otele 3. gelişim. tekrar yine tercih ederim. konum olarak samsuna yakin bir mesafede. odalar temiz ve genis. olmasi gereken hersey var. yemekleri cok güzel. personeller guleryuzlu ve yardimsever. her geldigimizde severek konakladigimiz bir otel. gonül rahatligiyla gelip kalabilirsiniz. fiyat performansina gore cok cok iyi.

Easy to reach, comfortable beds, Super helpful and kind staff, amazing food! Rooms are clean. Various and delicious food. We came with the family and perfect for the families. Price is very good for this service. Definitely will visit again.

11 nisan da kardan yolların kapandığı günde gittik. Jakuzili oda da çocuklar oynasın diye orayı tercih ettik. Jakuzi balkondaydı ve şöminesi vardı. şömineyi çok iyi yakmamıza rağmen balkon sıcacık olmadı, jakuzinin suyu çok sıcaktı ama gene de çocuklar üşür diye giremediler. Jakuzili odada kalmamızın bir anlamı olmadı. Jakuzi temizliği çok daha iyi olması gerekiyordu. hava bayağı soguktu biraz daha sıcak olsa sorun olmazdı sanırım. ama kış ayinda gidecekler bunu bilipte gitmeli. oda genel olarak temizdi , yemekleri de açık büfe çok çeşit olmasa da lezzetliydi güzel sayılır. personellerde güler yüzlü normal idi. tek sorun otel de soğuk su olmamasıydı çok tuhaf. çocuklar havuzda güzelce yüzdü

Merhabalar ilk defa gittiğim bi otel temizlik ***et iyi odalar çok temiz ve ferahtı kat görevlileri güler yüzlü gelelim mutfak ekibine ***et güler yüzlülerdi. Mutfak ekibinden elif nur hanıma özelllikle teşekür ederim çünkü normalde odalara yemek çıkartmak yasak ama ben özel durumumu izah edince onay verdiği gibi odamıza kadar da bize eşlik edip servisimize kendi getirdiği için bu arada saat 5 gibi bize içecek ücretli olduğu halde bu seferlik alabilirsiniz diyip bizi geri çevirmeyen kibar hanımefemdiyede çok teşekkür ederim( ismini bilmediğim için zikredemedim) yıldızın birini havuzun suyu soğuk olduğu için kırdım. 2 oda oldım ve çok memnun kaldım. Aşçılarımıza ve şeflerinizede çok teşşekür ederim bütün yemekleriniz çok güzeldi. Tekrar geleceğin bi otel. Otelden ayrılmadan düşünceleri mi yazayım istedim.
