Otele girişimizle Kerem be Eren beyin güleryüzlü ilgili karşılamasıyla karşılaştık 2 günlük kısa tatilimiz beklentimizin çok daha üzerinde geçti.. Tüm personele ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı teşekkür ediyoruz.. Dış alandaki havuzların kış aylarında da aktif olması müşteriler açısından güzel olur diye düşünüyorum..

Otele daha önce geldiğim için tekrardan tercih ettim. Ettiğime de pişman oldum. Çünkü pazar akşamı termal havuzunu kullanmak için indiğimde dışarıdan günübirlik bir grup arkadaşı almışlar. Bone takmayı bırakın adamlar boxer'la havuza giriyor. Sauna deseniz, terlik sokulmayacak alan ama terlik var. Havuzun su akan fıskiyesinin üzerine çıkıp havuza atlıyorlar. Sonuçta burası termal otel ve konaklamak için gelen insanlar bu termal havuzu kullanmak istiyorlar fakat hijyen ve sakinlik ararken insanı neler buluyor. Şikayet edince de günü birlikler böyle maalesef diyorlar. Burası aile oteli ise o zaman aile olmayan 5-6 kişilik grupları almayın. Sonuçta bizler ailemizle çocuklarımızla geliyoruz. Sonuç olarak otele 20 bin lira para ödedim 2 gece için falan, fakat günlük 500TL verip hem otelin malına zarar verenler hemde bizleri rahatsız edenlerin bizden daha değerli olduğunu gördüm. Bir daha da asla ... Tüm arkadaşlarım ve çevreme yaşadığım olayı anlatacağım ki yakın illerden benim gibi gelip sorun yaşamasınlar.

Otel genel olarak konforlu, temiz ve yemekleri guzel. Ancak bir termal otel icin su sicakligi cok dusuk. 28 derece su sicakligi beklentileri pek karsilamadi. Yaz konaklamasi icin muhtemelen daha uygun bir otel, disarda guzel havuzlari ve aqua parki var.

Biz Deluxe soda kiralamıştık fakat istediğimiz kadar büyük değildi hijyen de ortalamaydı fakat manzarası olarak çok güzel bir puan veremeyeceğim konumu güzel fakat Karadeniz civarına yakın eğer biz arkadaşımla ortak puanlarımızı bölersek puanımız 3 oluyor bu konumdaki Otel için ***et güzel bir puan Eğer günübirlik veya iki günden az gelecekseniz öneririmdir.
