We stayed in a twin room with our three children. It was very clean and there was a large public bath, so we had a relaxing and comfortable stay. There is an affiliated parking lot and also a paid parking lot nearby. The location is good and the station is close. Breakfast was delicious! Happy hour was also great! I would like to stay here again.

I stayed here on a business trip. They had happy hour until 8pm and offered free alcohol. I was also happy that they had a hot spring!

No non smoking rooms, went to smoking room, it was ok, room size was ok, bathroom was small but ok. You can have a free drink downstairs at a fixed time in the evening, which is quite interesting.

It was very convenient as it was close to the station and there were no problems with places to eat. Also, although it wasn't very big, it had a bath and sauna.

The price is moderate and the location is convenient. It's just a few steps away from the south exit of Hamamatsu Station. It's a standard Japanese-style business hotel with courteous service and newer facilities. Although the hotel is small, it has all the necessary facilities. The room size is acceptable. There is a large bath to relieve fatigue. Breakfast is free. And the taste is quite good. You can open the window in the room for ventilation, the non-smoking room has no smell, and there is a free drink from 6 to 8 pm, which is great.

Although it is a newly opened hotel, you get what you pay for. The laundry room is not so smart that it can wash and dry at the same time~ Hygiene is acceptable, it is not clean in Japan

The room is arranged at the end of the corridor and the room is very small. It is said to be a non-smoking room, but the result is that the smell of smoke is all the way from the stairs to the room. Ask the front desk if you have anything, and they will reject you in a gentle tone. In fact, it is not friendly to the Chinese people at all.

駅近で繁華街からも徒歩圏内と立地は最高かと、シングルでしたがベッドはダブルかクイーン？と広々、朝食もバイキングで和食から洋食で内容も充実で大満足です、強いて言えばバスタオルがもう少しふわふわで厚めなら更に大満足です。

朝ごはんとても美味しかったです！ 部屋も快適でした。駅チカで コンビニもすぐ近くにありますし また利用したいなと思いました。

駅ロータリーに面して、至便は間違いなく。 がゆえに、風呂の混み合い方はかなりのものです。 サウナも熱くて悪く無いのですが、、

無料のサービスが豊富で快適に過ごせました。 特に朝食の品揃えが多く大満足です。

浜松に泊まる時は毎回お世話になっています。駅から近く、食事するところも豊富にあり、ロケーションは最高です。

サウナは水風呂がないが水シャワーが冷たく整いました！また利用します。
