Lovely boutique hotel with direct access to the beach. Beautifully designed and well maintained hotel compound and rooms. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time !

My family went with 2 adults and 1 child. When we arrived, there was a welcome drink, a greeting letter and fruit in the room.
The space has many trees and lakes, so it feels relaxing and cool. There are 4 swimming pools including 2 small children's pools, 1 oval pool with a jacuzzi and 1 infinity pool by the sea, very beautiful.
The room is beautifully designed, spacious, with lots of light. The bed is wide, the blankets and mattresses are clean.
Before booking, I read reviews on gg and saw a low score due to poor staff attitude, but when I arrived, I was satisfied with the service and reception.
The minus point is that the regular room without a swimming pool will share a wall with the room next door, so the soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people talking clearly. There is only 1 resort in Ke Ga Bay area, there are no other activities around, suitable for relaxation.

Clean room, good furnitures. Location is far from city centre with no access to Grab. Service is good.

Resort có view rất đẹp. Hồ bơi tràn bờ nhìn ra vịnh Kê Gà tuyệt vời. Đồ ăn chế biến khá ngon và hợp vị. Bãi biển tuy đẹp nhưng nhiều rác dơ. Người của khách sạn dọn rác buổi sáng đi qua đi lại cho có chứ ko tận tâm trong việc dọn dẹp rác. Thường dọn buổi sáng khi thủy triều lên. Và khi thủy triều xuống thấy rác ngập tràn thì không ai dọn. Facility của khách sạn thì đẹp và không gian yên tĩnh. Tuy nhiên standard của Resort chưa đạt đến chuẩn 5* và Nhân viên chưa được training theo đúng chuẩn của 5*. Đã gặp General Manager của ks để góp ý và mong khi trở lại lần sau ks sẽ cải tiến hơn
