The toom are very confortable and clean. There’s not enough towel in the bathroom for a family of four so you should ask for one more. Although the service is great, the food during breakfast is not refilled fast enough and when finally refilled, it all goes in a minute. If you’re traveling with kids or in a hurry do not expect to eat quickly.

If it weren't for the level of noise, this would be your stereotypical five-star review of a Marriott property. The room is clean and spacious, the location is ideal and that is closed to both the waterfront and the convention center as well as numerous restaurants. Unfortunately, directly across the street is a large outdoor music venue that hosts incredibly loud concerts that go until at least 1:00 a.m. every Friday and Saturday night. The front desk is aware of this but doesn't tell you this when you're booking your reservation. So by the time you find out it's too late. After our first night here, listening to '70s and '80s cover bands, when we asked at the front desk about possibly going somewhere else, the person there told us that it generally was quieter on Saturday night. Well, here we are listening to an EDM (Electronic Dance Music) concert that is slated to go until at least 1:00. A.m.. Given that we are paying your typical Marriott prices for a downtown location, this is absolutely unacceptable. At the very least, the hotels should make it clear to anybody booking rooms on Friday and Saturday nights about the probability of this level of noise. Additionally, refunds are significant discounts ought to be offered.
