This hotel feels like a luxury complex. We had reserved first at the nearby Country Inn and Suites. The lobby felt really dark and musty and felt low class. We decided to spend a few more dollars for the SpringHill Suites. The lobby here was inviting and well lit, and the suite itself had a sofa, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 TVs, and basically everything you would expect in a luxury suite. The breakfast area had a waffle machine and hot food in addition to cereals and yogurts. All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay and well worth the price. Recommended.

The check in person was super friendly and the room was absolutely perfect! The bathroom was literally sparkling clean! Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again. Oh and a great breakfast no charge the next morning!

We had a wonderful time with our family at this hotel partly because the pool continues to be well-maintained. We flew from Hawaii to spend time in Maryland with our godchildren and had we a blast. We did not make it to the complimentary breakfast. The hotel is near a mall and Starbucks. We went bowling nearby which was also a lot of fun.

This was our second time staying here while driving through, but honestly we will try somewhere different next time. It served its purpose but needs some work. The bed was okay but the pillows were pointless and our toilet was slow and the water pressure during a shower was not consistent. Lastly, if you book through a 3rd party they hold $150 for several days. We’ve been to three hotels since (nicer ones) with smaller deposits and we’ve already received them back.

Had problems
Was extremely disappointed that there was no spa. Website stated a spa and pictures show one with the pool but there wasn’t one. The refrigerator in our room did not work properly. The biggest problem was what I think may have been mold. My children were sneezing ALOT in the room. We had headaches and nausea if we were in the room for long periods. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing with how much I spent on the room.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was great as well as check-out. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Hot water in shower was amazing lol…

For 4 years I've been stopping at this hotel several times a year because it's halfway between my home and my son's college. Its service, condition and cleanliness are reliably top notch. It's conveniently located by restaurants and a movie theatre (also right off the highway.) Good staff, well managed--I would recommend to everyone.
