Public bath broke down - hot water not hire enough .  This is winter . In the room , the hot water from the tap water is not hot enough . It takes a long time for the water to become hot .  Room is very cold

No lunch but good onsen

There is a shuttle service. I really like the hot springs here. You can soak in the hot springs while enjoying the beautiful scenery. There is also a shuttle bus to the ski resort. The only downside is that there are almost no restaurants and convenience stores around. But there is a microwave.

The view is very beautiful. You can see the snowy mountains in Panorama from the hotel. The onsen is very good. It helps to relax after skiing. The room is clean but the design is quite old. And there are few amenities. Overall, it is a suitable place to stay for those who want to experience the nature of Hakuba. There is a lot of parking.

Dinner was very good, very delicious, but you have to rush with the time. Breakfast may be less than dinner but there is a lot. It is a hotel that maintains Japanese culture. The ingredients are local. It is not luxurious but warm.

The hotel is obviously very old! The whole room was filled with a smell. Although it wasn't very smelly, it was still uncomfortable. There was a big difference in the height of the bathroom in the room. You had to be careful when entering and exiting.

The hotel is located on a hillside behind Hakuba Station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk one kilometer through the fields, which is very convenient (it seems that you can also contact the front desk to have someone pick you up). The hotel's dinner is a buffet, with all-you-can-eat sashimi and sushi, and you can enjoy the snow-capped mountain scenery from the restaurant window. Hotel guests can soak in the open-air hot spring for free. The open-air hot spring faces the snow-capped mountains. The experience is very good. There is ice water in the refrigerator in the room, which is not very considerate. The hotel has a sense of history and has many works of art. It is definitely a treasure hotel in Hakuba Village. There are several scheduled shuttle buses every day at the hotel entrance to the surrounding scenic spots, and it is also very close to Ode Park. I will stay here again next time I come to Baima Village!

Beautiful view. Plenty of breakfast and dinner. The onsen is nice and spacious. There is a private onsen that needs to be reserved. The staff provides good service. The room may be a bit old but it is clean. The air is very good because it is on a mountain. I recommend it.

The location is pretty good! The Daikiri furo is very good! Because the hotel is under construction! The service staff took the initiative to give us discount coupons! I think it’s a very thoughtful arrangement! Otherwise, as soon as I arrived at the door of the hotel, I would see the scaffolding workers working on the scaffolding, and I would not feel very good at the moment...

The hotel has a wooden charm about it. It had a very nice onsen which is well managed and with outdoor snow experience. The view from the hotel was amazing, you could see the entire mountain range and valley.It was total bliss. The hotel staff was kind and cooperative.Its located 15 min walk from the station and I would recommend you take that walk as it's very scenic ( if you have less luggage). The breakfast was good and the coffee was very good. I would like to visit this town again someday.The price was a very good value for room and facilities.

I chose the option with breakfast included, and it was delicious and the variety was just right, not too much, not too little. I liked being able to eat sashimi on top of vinegared rice in a bowl. The room wasn't new, but it was spacious and well-cleaned. The view was nice, too. The large public bath had a nice mountain view. If you bring your swimsuit, you can use the pool. (You can also rent them, but there is a fee.) There didn't seem to be any lotions or other amenities provided in the large hot spring bath. I didn't ask, but I'm not sure if there were any. There is a shuttle bus and a bus, so you can get there even without a car.
