Beautiful hotel, quiet & tranquil. Loved the onsen and the service is impeccable especially Mr Tam at F&B. Would go back again. Highly recommended

The resort was nestled in a cozy area about 40 mins from Hakone Yumeto station, and it felt like we were transported into a different world once we stepped in the entrance. Service was impeccable, the room was very comfortable, and the private onsen was a nice touch to add to the overall comfort of the living experience. Half board meals were provided at breakfast and dinner, and these were the highlight of our experience! Every dish fit beautifully into the menu, and we were salivating with each different course that the staff served up.

Had a delightful stay at the ryokan. The rooms are quite impeccable with the smell of the hinoki filling the room, it was quite heavenly. We chose the room with the outdoor bath. And given the cool weather, our bathing experience was amazing. The location was also perfect if you are making a trip to the Sengokuhara Susuki Pampas Grass fields, which is such a scenic spot and of which we enjoyed walked to and through in the setting sun. We also opted to have dinner at the ryokan, who specially made it Halal-friendly for us. What's most amazing to us regarding the ryokan was the service. We had a Nepalese staff speaking with us most of the time, as he was the best in English. He personally brought us to our room and even gave an introduction to the room, and what we needed to take note off. After we checked out, he enquired how we were making our way to the train station. There was conveniently located bus stop just outside the ryokan, so we were going to take that. On our way out, he drove out and stopped along the road beside us (good thing there was no traffic) and to our utter surprise offered to drive us to the train station. We found out that he was actually knocking off, but instead of going straight home to rest (before his next shift in the evening), he wanted to drive us to the station. We were exceptionally touched at his extremely kind gesture (as we didn't think it was hotel protocol to do so). Nonetheless, his actions left us a beautiful and lasting impression on the ryokan. Would definitely go again for the luxurious experience!

Relatively new onsen hotel, nice staff, cozy environment.

It was so hard to book a hotel in Hakone during Christmas season. I checked the popular hotels with high ratings a month in advance. They were almost fully booked and the prices were ridiculously high, often 5k/6k. I finally found this hotel for around 3k with two meals included, which was acceptable. Although it was located in a relatively remote Sengokuhara, I saw reviews saying that there was a bus stop right outside, so I chose this one. I took the Tokaido Main Line from Tokyo to Odawara-shi and transferred to the mountain climbing line T Togendai. I took the bus for about an hour and arrived at the hotel. As expected, I got off the bus, crossed the road and walked 100 meters to the hotel. There was also a large convenience store behind the station, which was very convenient for buying snacks and daily necessities. The hotel room was a neo-Japanese style, and I liked it. The courtyard is also very elegant. The bathhouse is of moderate size, but I only met one or two people each time during my three-day stay. The open-air bath is very nice. It is amazing to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the courtyard while breathing the fresh mountain air while taking a bath. The meals are healthy, delicious and creative. There are 7/8 courses from appetizers to desserts for dinner, and breakfast every day is also a rich and varied set meal. There are no repeated meals for three days. The local grapefruit wine recommended by the waiter on the last day is so delicious. We went out to play, eat and take the bus back to the hotel every day when night fell. The warm and familiar feeling is like going home, very cozy. It is a perfect blind box opening experience!

The environment is very good, breakfast and dinner are great. The hot springs are very comfortable. Suitable for couples and family vacations. The location is close to Mount Fuji, and the environment is very quiet and comfortable.

Because it was a last minute booking, I had high requirements for hotel hygiene when I was traveling with children, and I also wanted a pure Japanese hot spring hotel. Most of the B&Bs here are a bit old. I thought it would be very remote when I saw the address at first. Unexpectedly, it is super convenient, with a bus stop right at the door. The hotel is quite large with two buildings. The breakfast and dinner for one night and two meals are a great experience. I prefer this to the meals delivered to the room before. It is a very exquisite Japanese-style hotel. The only drawback is that the Family Mart at the door is closed.

A very satisfactory hot spring hotel. I haven't stayed in other hotels so I can't compare them. But from my personal experience, the food is delicious and the service is good (although there are some language barriers, only one guy speaks fluent English, but they are all very warm and responsible). The biggest disadvantage may be that the location is a bit remote, which is not so convenient for tourists. But the price also reflects it~ But there is a bus stop at the door and you can take the tour pass, so it can still be overcome. I strongly recommend that you must experience the one-night stay and two-meals. The experience is full. Two rich Japanese meals. There are two hot springs, which are open alternately in the morning and evening. There are not many people. It is so comfortable to soak in the hot spring in the semi-outdoor area in the cold wind in winter.

Very good hotel, breakfast and dinner are very rich, the service staff is very nice The hotel is very close to the Glass Museum, just a 10-minute walk The bus station Senseki is very close to Gotemba Outlets. We took the bus there and were surprised as soon as we came out of the tunnel. Mount Fuji was clearly visible.

There's nothing to describe here - a wonderful ryokan. It has everything and even more. The only thing I was missing was more days in my schedule to stay there (seriously, I haven't had such a desire to not leave the hotel grounds at all in a long time).

The hotel environment is super beautiful, one night and two meals are very rich, and it is comfortable to soak in the hot springs with few people.

It was a wonderful inn. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, so I was able to stay there with ease. I also took my time savoring the kaiseki cuisine. There were plenty of amenities, and I would definitely like to return.
