Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room. They tried their best to communicate with us by English, and explain the information clearly, even when dining, a young staff explained each of the cuisine with details. The food is satisfied. I rly enjoy staying at this hotel and I will visit again when I come to Hakone in the next trip!

location is quiet but remote, hotel facilities not that much, do hot spring only and no others. the worse comment is on the showering room, there is no any curtains or blinds for the glass doors, we can through either from balcony or from wash basin area!! really feel uncomfortable when do showering!! The food quality is not surprising! with this room rate, we could have other better choices for sure !

The resort was nestled in a cozy area about 40 mins from Hakone Yumeto station, and it felt like we were transported into a different world once we stepped in the entrance. Service was impeccable, the room was very comfortable, and the private onsen was a nice touch to add to the overall comfort of the living experience. Half board meals were provided at breakfast and dinner, and these were the highlight of our experience! Every dish fit beautifully into the menu, and we were salivating with each different course that the staff served up.

Had a delightful stay at the ryokan. The rooms are quite impeccable with the smell of the hinoki filling the room, it was quite heavenly. We chose the room with the outdoor bath. And given the cool weather, our bathing experience was amazing. The location was also perfect if you are making a trip to the Sengokuhara Susuki Pampas Grass fields, which is such a scenic spot and of which we enjoyed walked to and through in the setting sun. We also opted to have dinner at the ryokan, who specially made it Halal-friendly for us. What's most amazing to us regarding the ryokan was the service. We had a Nepalese staff speaking with us most of the time, as he was the best in English. He personally brought us to our room and even gave an introduction to the room, and what we needed to take note off. After we checked out, he enquired how we were making our way to the train station. There was conveniently located bus stop just outside the ryokan, so we were going to take that. On our way out, he drove out and stopped along the road beside us (good thing there was no traffic) and to our utter surprise offered to drive us to the train station. We found out that he was actually knocking off, but instead of going straight home to rest (before his next shift in the evening), he wanted to drive us to the station. We were exceptionally touched at his extremely kind gesture (as we didn't think it was hotel protocol to do so). Nonetheless, his actions left us a beautiful and lasting impression on the ryokan. Would definitely go again for the luxurious experience!

It takes about half an hour to drive from Hakone Yumoto Station to the hotel along the winding mountain road. Other than that, everything is very good! Bathing in the hot spring is also very comfortable. After bathing, there are free vinegar tea to drink and free popsicles to eat. The included breakfast and dinner are also very exquisite, great!

Very good hot spring experience. Although the hotel is a bit remote, the bus goes directly from Gora Station. If you go early, you can book a shuttle bus to pick you up at Gora Station. There are two buses at 2:45 pm and 3:45 pm. You can also be sent directly to Gora Station on the return trip the next day. The service staff is very good and introduced the facilities in the house very considerately. There are hot springs both indoors and outdoors. There are several hot spring pools outdoors. There are not many people, so basically one person can have one pool, which also avoids embarrassment. Ladies, be careful. At 12 o'clock in the evening, the male cleaning staff of the bathhouse will break into the women's locker room on time! Maybe it's intentional! ! I reported it to the male front desk staff, but he didn't think it was a big deal! The hotel price includes breakfast and dinner, and the price-performance ratio is good. The hotel hot spring has 5 baths for men and women, and generally they will not share the baths with strangers.

The hotel is located in the mountains. It takes at least 35 minutes to get to the hotel by bus from Hakone Station. The advantage is that it is close to the cable car. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Lake Ashi from the hotel. The hotel's service, breakfast, dinner and hot springs are also great. The hard and soft furnishings and furniture are very tasteful. Every waiter from the reception to the restaurant is very warm and polite. Next time I will bring other family and friends to stay there!
