The room was a decent size and clean,though very cold if you turned the aircon off.The gentlemen at the front of house was a joy,very witty and so helpful,planned our route to the airport for us.

Good location , clean room and friendly hotel staffs , easy access

The room has a musty smell, the windows are moldy, and the noise of cars on the roadside affects sleep. No toothbrush or toothpaste is provided, which affects personal hygiene. Breakfast is only allowed to be eaten at 8 o'clock, and it is unacceptable to arrive late. The boss doesn't accept the opinion and thinks you don't need to choose his hotel. The only advantage is that the boss can speak English. Personally, I think this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I do not recommend this hotel.

老闆人很和善，英語不錯，距離車站和碼頭都非常近

ロケーションがとてもよかった。駐車場も近くにあり、行きたいショップも歩いていける距離、ホテルは、こじんまりしていて、アットホーム的な感じ、外国の方が多くて海外へいった気分になりました。オーナーさんはとても親切で、お客のニーズによく対応してくれていました。

We had a terrific couple of days at Jemsty. It is very well located. If you get a Hakone Freepass transport is at your door. The room is nice in a traditional Japanese way. Futon beds and comfy pillows plus tatami mats create a lovely atmosphere. Fuji was visible from our window. Mac, the owner, is very helpful. He provided detailed explanations of how to get there and how to do the things we planned. The meals were superb. Breakfast was nice and the dinners were out of this world. I loved the chicken hot pot whereas my wife felt that the pork syabu syabu was the best pork she’s ever eaten. I can highly recommend Jemsty in every way of you plane to visit Hakone.

An establishment on a human scale: only 12 people can be accommodated. The owners are attentive and Mac speaks almost perfect English (well for me who is French). Don’t hesitate to have the evening meal: the shabu-shabu is excellent
