Nice place, good service, next to station

Japanese hotels will never disappoint you

Location is super near the hakone-yumoto station, room is slightly small but comfortable. The hotel also has hot spring for guest for free

Sheets were not the cleanest, good location, convenient stay for a solo traveller.

Posada Suimei is in a very convenient location being just next to Hakone Yumoto station. It shares the same check-in counter and onsen facilities as Hakone Suimeisou hotel. The room is clean, with towels and necessary amenities but small. There is an indoor and outdoor onsen with stipulated timings for different genders. Would highly recommend for those travelling on a budget.

In a single room everything is very compact. In general there is everything you need. Very, very small combined bathroom. I squeezed into it sideways and hit myself a couple of times. A yukata with Japanese wooden slippers is provided (it was painful for me to walk in them). It was interesting to put on the yukata. You can use the "onsens" on the 6th floor of the main building (the neighboring one is across the street, very close). In the baths there is supposedly tap water, but I did not check. Good audibility in the rooms. The service at the reception is pleasant. They will help with everything you need. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to Hakone Yumoto Station, literally a three-minute walk away.

It's very good. There are free hot spring baths. Although the room is a bit small, it has all the necessary features and is very cost-effective.

Very satisfied, the room is small but clean. Magically, this was the best night's sleep during our 8-night trip to Japan. I still took a hot spring bath every morning and evening, and went to Shuimingzhuang across the street. Because I lived in Shuimingzhuang 10 years ago, I found that the transportation is very convenient and it is within walking distance from the station. The noodles at this yakiniku restaurant next door are actually very delicious.

The annex is just an annex, really not much bigger than a capsule room. It was difficult to turn around. Hygiene and other aspects are very average. I can only say that you get what you pay for. Fortunately, you can use the large hot spring bath in the main building, and you can experience several baths at different times. There are also open-air baths and morning baths, and the experience is quite good. There were few people staying this time, and the bathhouse was almost full of VIPs. I risked my life to take a few pictures of the bathhouse. Also, it is very close to Yumoto Station, so traveling is very convenient.

It is very suitable for booking alone. The room is not too small, you can spread out a large suitcase, and the bed is a single bed. The hot spring environment is very good. When I went there, I was basically the only one. The experience was very good. Hakone is worth visiting.

The location is very convenient, Hakone-Yumoto Station, just a few minutes walk after taking the overpass to the ground. Even if you carry a large luggage when you go back, you can reach the train within a few minutes. It is an annex of Shuimingzhuang. You need to go to the main hotel to check in, but it is only 10 seconds away. Although the room is not big, it can surprisingly accommodate a 28-inch suitcase. The only inconvenience is that the toilet in the room is too small. The sound insulation is also average, you can vaguely hear the sound of TV and coughing in the isolated room. The overall CP value is still very high, and I recommend it to friends who travel alone.

The rooms in Shuimingzhuang's annex are all single rooms, which are suitable for people who want to soak in hot springs alone. It's just across the street from the subway station. The hot spring is together with the main hotel. If it rains, there are free umbrellas at the door. Check in at 3 o'clock and you can store your luggage in advance.
