Enjoyed my stay! The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. They let me check in early and even gifted me a sweet treat to enjoy with my cup of tea. Room was really comfortable and clean, slightly cold as the temp adjusts at a certain cap and shuts off automatically when out of the room.
Location is close to train and bus options and Westfield mall. Would stay here again!

Overall the room and the bathroom were very spacious and comfortable, but missing some details like room slippers and bathrobe like other 4 star hotels. Location is good near Stratford international station and large Westfield mall.
However, there are weekend events at the rooftop bar with lots of outside guests, making the lift lobby slightly chaotic and unsafe for the hotel guests

due to the room rate we booked, we had
- no slipper in room
- no bathrobe
there was:
- fridge
- iron and ironing board
- kettle
- hairdryer
which was convenient.
toilet was spacious which is a plus point and water pressure is good.
twin bed selection was good as the bed was slightly larger than a single bed, so was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too soft, but we did not check whether there was any option to change the pillow or not.
our friends did not get the welcome snack in their room unfortunately, something the hotel can take note of when preparing rooms for check in.
there were a lot of power outlets which is a plus point.
tv was down for the first 2 days, the hotel managed to get it up and working by the 3rd day. it would be great to have an option to connect to netflix or a connection wire in the room in case of such incidents.
hairdryer is uk plug, but bathroom power point was a two pin, possibly something the hotel can take note of. since most people are using the hairdryer in the bathroom.
one of the lifts was down during the period of our stay, coupled with the exclusive access lift over the weekend due to the rooftop bar event, it made the lift slightly congested for access to our rooms. this was observed while we sat at the lobby as many other guests were also waiting.
exclusive access to rooftop event can be more obvious or have a sign indicated, as there was a few guests that used the other lifts and ended up wandering on the room floors, which can be managed better. we had to direct some guests back down to the first floor due to the confusion.

3rd stay in this hotel already !
Definitely one of the best hotels in London. The room and all its amenities are way newer and bigger compared to those hotels in central London. The staff team is amazing as well, especially the receptionist who checked us in !

Room was as per photo, huge shower and very quiet. Lovely Christmas decor and also interesting art on the walls in the public areas.
Kettle in room was faulty but the maintenance came within 5 minutes and brought a replacement- customer care was very good.

Overnight stay was just right, big room,hot shower, comfy bed, nice breakfast. Pricey but these places are worth the money occasionally.

Great stay, I’ve now stayed here multiple times and this has become a true favourite, great access to train lines, Elizabeth Jubilee, DLR, central and over ground including national rail, Westfields on your doorstep, STK restaurant on the top floor of your hotel!

Was an amazing experience, definitely worth the pennies. Staff was amazing and they made everything simple couldn’t have been better with the outcome will definitely be visiting again! And the view was beautiful.
