Nice hotel, beautiful location, but I think it’s over priced for the hotel. Rooms are big but decor is very cheap looking if I pay this money for a hotel I want it to look the part. Restaurant not much either. Couldn’t fault the staff they were very friendly and attentive.

Very clean room with a very comfortable king size bed. Good quality breakfast included.

Good location close the township. Helpful and pleasant staff. You pay a premium staying on Saturday and the rate is almost halved if staying other days. Bed was a bit soft (but that’s a personal preference).

Good overall, but my balcony is seeing the train rail, and the view is not that good

The room was big and the kitchenette was basically adequate. The bathroom was not very clean, but the bedding was OK. I was sleeping until 1am, and the fire alarm suddenly rang for 5 minutes. It was very piercing and I almost had a heart attack. I called the front desk to ask if it was a device failure. I finally fell asleep again. At 2am, the front desk called again to ask if the fire alarm had sounded. They informed us that it was a device failure and our room was safe now. I was speechless~ I couldn't sleep after a night of tossing and turning. I had to travel the next day. I negotiated with the hotel in the morning and they said the supervisor was not there and I had to wait for a reply next week. I didn't know if there would be any result!

It was a really disappointing experience. Our room was on the first floor. There were ants crawling in, and they were all in the quilt on the bed. The hotel was full, so they could only help us with simple spraying, and promised to help us change rooms the next day. The room we changed to the next day didn't have air conditioning. I was speechless. The staff is terrible. The attitude towards us was really strange. We were told to let the manager handle it. I have never met the manager. I would not recommend it and would not choose to stay here again.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the famous attractions in Kiama. There are also many restaurants around. The gym under the hotel should be the largest one in this area, free to use when staying in the hotel. The room and hotel decoration can only be said to be acceptable in Australia.

The room is large and said to have been renovated but it still feels shabby, especially the shower. The bed is king size with two single beds put together. The balcony only has a simple table and chairs, which is not suitable for sitting outside and enjoying a drink. The only entertainment facilities are the outdated gym downstairs and the 90s-style restaurant. There are no discounts for breakfast when staying at the hotel, and the food content is also disappointing. There are only the most basic cereals, eggs and bread. Why make it a buffet breakfast to deceive people? The breakfast view is good, the only plus. The front desk staff are all professional and friendly. The overall feeling is disappointing. As one of the only big hotels in Kiama, there is no competition and the facilities are so old. I will not choose it again.

The price is cheap and the room is spacious. The floor is made of plastic sponge and is not easy to clean. It feels unclean when you step on it. The hot air conditioner has a peculiar smell. The facilities are average and the elevator is broken. The front desk is friendly.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. It's just that the elevator is a bit winding and maze-like. It's very close to the attractions.

The service is fast, the sanitation is very good, the rooms are large, and the location is perfect by the sea. Much better than Crown in the Hunter Valley
