Location of the place is perfect. Near to Galata, Bosphorus Tour, Near to To the famous mosques aysofya(hagia sophia) blue mosque and also a walking distance to rooftop cafe's. They gave us a double bed first but we need a 2 single beds so they changed it. The hotel staffs were so nice. Exceptional Customer Service. Plus there's turkish Breakfast too.

There is 24-hour coffee and tea service. Nice employees, run by students from Uzbekistan. Location is within walking distance of misir carsisi and Suleymaniye mosque. They have a garden where you can have breakfast. Outside looks creepy, but we thought it was a safe place and very cozy.

Not very clean and everything, especially the bathroom, is quite deteriorated. The water comes out from the sides of the faucet, the shower screen is full of mojo and broken and the tiles are quite dirty. The breakfast is shameful, olives, cheese, bread, butter, jam and tea… for the daily price of the service, it doesn't seem normal to me. It is very cold inside the hotel and the rooms, being winter, the heating is on for very few hours and with very little power. In addition to the fact that the windows are not insulated at all, you can notice the cold air blowing in from the street. I will not come back
