Helpful staff, worth money for money. Immediate response when request for anti slip rubber mat etc. Approval to check out 11:40am. To basement parking, need to be a bit skillful because the path to the basement is just wide enough. Any carelessness will result in the car being scratched by the wall

It was a pleasant experience. The housekeeping guy helped us to find the parking. He even waited for us at the entrance of the parking.  The front desk personnel was very helpful to my inquiries.

Bad Hotal

Decent hotel in Calgary DT, a bit dated but clean. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants.

We love the hotel’s location. Most of the attractions in downtown Calgary are just walking distance. The check in went smooth and fast, the front desk personnels are quite friendly, helpful and accommodating (especially Catherine). There are also many restaurants nearby. We loved our stay at the hotel.

good hotel at a good location in Calgary. The only wish I would have it that the bill would appear on my credit card the same day I pay and that it would specify if this comes from parking or restaurant or hotel. That would east my expense filing. The restaurant is nice by the way. I enjoyed my stay there. 

The location is in the downtown Calgary. Quite convenient in exploring the city.

Room’s spaciousness was ok and we had a balcony too with a good city & outdoor swimming pool views. However the hotel feels old and extremely tired, e.g the AC needs work and they had to send 2 fans for us to be able to sleep & the bathtub drainage problem had to be solved. Parking was full when we arrived, so we had to park nearby outside, and the parking system there is a bit messed up. The hotel manager offered me space in hotel parking for free the next morning for the inconvenience caused. Location is good - next to 2 tram stations and also next to a tourist lane full of restaurants.

one of the lovely night in Calgary. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Calgary and staying at this amazing hotel, The front desk staff were incredibly kind. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after exploring. The location was perfect, making it easy to navigate around the nature. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly so they upgraded my room to a deck which was absolutely nice of them to do that having the window open and having a breeze was perfect! Great staff there all super friendly I’ll definitely be back :)

The hotel is old, the location is convenient to walk to the downtown. Few restaurants around the hotel but the convenience shop downstairs only open few hours. The room is average so not too big. Our water was not hot enough so the manager changed another room for us, so the issue resolved on spot, thank you so much. Overall experience was good.

The location is great, well-connected to the subway and buses!

The hotel is old but it’s clean and staff are vwry good with their customer service.

If I think about the price of the room, It was very good.However, the breakfast was very few varieties and not good taste.
