Room are spacious and clean, location are strategic, but service are really bad. I cant keep my luggage before my check in time, so i have to carry my heavy luggage with me for all day, and staffs here aren’t friendly at all, also they charge ¥5,000 for late check out even just for 5minutes. I stay in many hotel with higher and cheaper price but this place was really disappointing. All the things in this hotel are perfect, but i think they have to educate the staffs and other services.

Location is the king. Booked a room that can see the canal right off the window for a peaceful view. Otaru is a small town and most of the places are within walking distance. Stroll along the Otaru canal right in front of the hotel was great! Room itself was normal, and we have one advice for the hotel to just remove the aged cupboards in front of the beds since nobody really needs them to give more walking space and luggage space. Onsen on the top floor was decent though not of the best, offering a good view of the canal. Service at the hotel was normal. Those who have cars will need to pay 1200 yen for one day of parking (will need to inform hotel to reserve the parking space when you go out). Everybody, regardless you are going to onsen or not, needs to pay 150 yen onsen tax when you check in.

Hotel is very new and the layout of the room is very well thought out. Rooms are clean with good amenities. Hotel has free parking and is also a stone throw away from the morning market/station.

It's a convenient hotel and there is a free parking lot for us.

Though not a full service accommodation , the room and the beds are super comfortable.

I really love this hotel. It has a kitchenette and very nice bathroom. Very Near to the morning market and near to our favourite burger joint, Lucky Pierot! Although room is abit small, it was cosy. No cupboards! Very minimalist hotel.

Great location, JR STATION and hakodate morning market are within walking distance. Clean room with enough beds for the whole family. Friendly service with English communication no problem.

Terrible experience! Very unfriendly staff. Not even a bottle of water in the room in such expensive hotel. Chairs and table about 30cm above floor, very uncomfortable. Never again.

We stayed here from 25/May to 27/May. Because we are traveling with a 2 year old, we picked 'hotels' based on convenience and style of accommodation. Emphasizing on hotels, for that we are expecting the regular services hotels provide, the basic housekeeping and all that. However, to our surprise, the definition on housekeeping of this hotel is provided when guests place the garbage and towels at the entrance of the room. The surprise being, we were told the definition is written on the 'do not disturb' card on the day we checked out when expressing dissatisfaction with front-desk. No where has it mentioned when making reservations nor when checking in. By the way, to check out, we need to have the printed QR Code, when expressing that mine was lost, the front desk frowned on us. The experience made us feel like we are the ones who should apologize for not reading 'do not disturb sign' and not being able to keep a recipe like QR code. Will NOT make any booking at fav anywhere else or recommend it to anyone, especially at this price.

Hotel was new and clean. With well stocked mini kitchen and new amentities. Location was great too
