員工友善，態度很好，酒店在郊區，離西海鎮約五分鐘車程；原本訂小木屋，職員說晚上太冷，木屋沒暖氣，幫我轉了大樓五樓草原觀景房，可在天台觀星；酒店有餐廳，味道一般，早餐簡單。

同志們這酒店還不錯，能感覺到酒店老闆和服務人員的誠意，算是周圍附近不錯的酒店啦，在草原上 離海北州也不遠開車去吃飯什麼的也方便，金銀灘草原夏季晴天很美，青海湖也很美，大美青海誠不欺我，酒店早餐簡單但是有誠意，早餐的服務人員給進來用餐的人説雞蛋在這裏，這個這個在那裡，還挺熱情熱心的，很真誠！酒店的衞生間比較簡單，我們怕感冒引起高反沒有洗澡。總體感覺不錯。

這次入住的酒店整體體驗比較一般。房間裏沒有空調。衞生狀況還可以，角落能看到些灰塵，床單還算乾淨。主要設施也比較普通，熱水供應偶爾不穩定。不過值得一提的是， 餐廳服務特別熱情周到，有需求時響應也及時，多少彌補了硬件上的不足，適合對住宿條件要求不高、更看重服務的人選擇。

酒店看着挺大挺氣派，住的人不多，房間一般吧，主要是衞生間條件一般，床還是挺舒服的，早餐簡直不想吐槽，每人一個饅頭一碗稀飯一個雞蛋，是我住酒店以來最簡單的

房間很有特色，位置也很好，窗外是綿延的山脈很漂亮！因為是淡季，性價比也很高！旁邊還有個部落可以免費參觀。總的體驗很棒！

衞生間實在太臟了，建議一定注意下。前台很冷漠，另外有個藏族老闆挺熱情的。不過帶了兩箱一次性床品衹有這家酒店用上了

具有藏族木屋風格，寬敞明亮，進門大廳很氣派，距離金銀灘草原較近，傍晚的時候可以在門口自拍，很出片，周圍草原也清新
