這是行程中遇到的最不好酒店，同行有一人未帶身份證，全程航班、景點和住宿由電子身份證件和駕駛證替代，暢通無阻，但至該酒店前台要求去派出所辦臨證，我説了機場和莫高窟等場所都OK，為何你這不行，前台很得瑟的回覆我們這落後，就是不行，待我説退房，她詢問經理後放行了，實在無語。

酒店後院停車場很大，方便，房間中央空調，酒店有製氧機可租100/晚，早餐蔬菜水果都有，但沒有葷菜，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒服，衞生間乾濕分區，淋浴出水量大，水温穩定，酒店安靜，附近吃飯方便，連住2晚，有頓晚餐在酒店吃的，味道不錯。旅行團隊多。

房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，跟一些快捷商務酒店很不一樣。早餐品種豐富，房間設施新，床品舒服，總體物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗。門口可停車，後院還有大型停車場，距離雪山温泉8公里，交通非常便利。值得推薦！

服務態度意識差，房間隔音不好，早餐秩序亂，還沒到8.30很多食物已經沒有了，住了2天，第二天房間也沒有很好的打掃，整體來説不值這個價錢。
