沒想到這個小城市，會有這麼好的酒店！超出我的預期，到店之後，酒店給免費升級成一間套房。房間非常大，乾淨整潔，設施一應俱全。前台服務人員還給送了果盤兒，因為這裏屬於高原地區，海拔3150，酒店房間還提供了製氧機，最後臨走的時候，大堂經理怕我們路上沒有吃飯的地兒，還特意給我們打包了一盒小糕點，真的很温暖！

酒店環境雅緻宜人，位置在西站附近，有接站、送站服務，司機師傅都會提前等候，彬彬有禮；
前台服務員及大堂值班經理每日會主動熱情詢問有無特別需求及叮囑出門遊玩注意事項；餐廳服務方面同樣熱情，中餐味道可口、價格適中，宵夜八寶粥味道極佳；總之，工作人員均體現出高度專業素養與服務意識，一次很棒的住宿體驗

房間面積大，床品乾淨，配備了一次性馬桶套、一次性毛巾。離翡翠湖20分車程，不算太遠。前台禮貌客氣，退房時還主動尋問要不要打包些吃的帶路上，雖然用不上，但給人感覺良好。進入房間時有股味道，開窗通風了許久。房內沒有空調（冷暖皆無），洗完澡有些涼，睡覺又有些熱，現在是五月底，不知大冬天和大夏天會怎樣。歡迎水果晚上9點才送來，我們已洗漱完畢。早餐蔬菜較油，沒有白粥，咖啡、豆漿、南瓜粥、醪糟都是甜的，對控油控糖的健康飲食人羣不太友好。整體來説，這是一家還算舒適的酒店，去翡翠湖遊玩可以考慮住這。
