酒店的地理位置比較偏僻，周邊飯店，便利店都有一點距離。家裡兩大兩小出行，房間包含兩份早餐，在前台辦理入住時告知小朋友1米2以下早餐不收費，1米2以上19元一位，我還特意問了是在餐廳付款嗎？前台回答，是的。前台服務還可以大廳裝修包括房間的整體風格也不錯。
奇葩的是從第二天早上的早餐開始，進了餐廳以後，一位客房保潔阿姨在幫忙收早餐票，我衹有兩張問了怎麼補，他説等經理過來。一家四口在門口等了幾分鐘，經理終於過來了，全程無任何錶情還板着一張臉回答，兩個小孩需要補兩張一共40。我接受也願意補兩張早餐費，但不接受這樣的服務態度，於是提出疑問前台不是説1米2以下免費嗎？前台不是説19一位嗎？於是這位經理原話：在前台付是19，在他這邊是20。我又説我問過了前台説在這邊付款，經理又説那你付 38吧！早餐的種類很少，很少，很少。拿餐的盤子順延拿了四五個，上面都有黑色的臟東西，用手是可以擦掉的。
在攜程訂房的時候用積分兑換了下午2點退房，對於一個每個禮拜都要去浙江玩和住酒店的我來説，從來沒有在12點幾分有客房阿姨敲門問今天退不退房的服務，也沒有在12點三十幾分前台打電話問退不退房的服務，更沒有在一點五十幾分客房阿姨再次敲門問退不退房的服務！！！
