賓館位置好，非常方便白天和晚上觀潮。房間整潔衞生，放的礦泉水不夠用，找到前台都又給了。尤其是賓館的老闆娘對待客人非常熱情周到。我們提前電話聯繫，瞭解觀潮情況，給予詳盡解答。還與我們加了微信，方便聯繫。還未入住，就讓人感到温暖。我們到達賓館比較早，賓館已經提前收拾好預訂的房間，方便我們及時入住。入住後為我們提供觀潮和古城遊覽指導。離開鹽官時，主動幫助我們聯繫離開的車子，給我們提供了許多方便，給我們夫妻留下深刻印象。真心為賓館和老闆娘點贊。老伴説，下次再來，仍會選擇還住這裏。

這裏超級好的，離那個景區很近，也在主要的路邊，而且店主是非常愛乾淨的阿姨，室內條件什麼的也還好，整個裝修其實都挺古色古香的。旁邊走幾步也有小商店什麼的還有曬衣服的大平台我覺得都挺好。

沿街門店很好找，店門口被花草包圍的“小院”，很温馨。店正對着觀潮勝地公園的大門，早7:30前，晚17:30後，免費入園遊方便，老闆娘一家都很友好，熱情，注意事項都會告知。房間內部就是早年二星賓館的風格，但衞生做得非常乾淨。窗外的花草，晾衣線，讓人有居家的方便感。本次住在三樓沒電梯，但老闆娘主動幫我們提箱子上樓，非常感謝。建議老闆娘，空調加個擋風板，不然風口會直接對床。

酒店就在景區對面。非常棒方便快捷，衞生條件也好。晚上安靜舒服。特別表揚一下：這個店老闆人很好，我們當時多訂了一晚，離店後，我以為退掉了結果是未操作成功。老闆發現情況，特地打電話給我幫着操作取消並退款，否則錢就扣了！誠信經營，好人。大大的贊👍🏻下次再來看潮就認這家

屬於比較老一點的賓館，裝修比較久。乾淨度還可以，配備也算是過得去。地理位置非常好，就在公園對面，帶娃去打卡的話真的是很方便，我們前一天看了夜景第二天又看了晨景，超值。工作人員也很熱情，態度非常好，有什麼問題都會認認真真幫忙解決。下次來的話還是首選這裏。
