Location is great near intime mall. Room also spacious and clean. Staffs also great and friendly.

The location was splendid just above a shopping mall so it was very convenient. Room was super huge, but I would say cleanliness can be improved because there was an odd scent from the toilet so will need to leave the toilet door open. Aircon was also centralised so you cannot adjust temperature. But besides these, everything was great.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal.

The flushing power of the toilet is not good. I am a little dissatisfied with the hotel. Of course, it is inevitable because it is in a business building. The hotel location sign in the underground parking lot is not eye-catching and clear. I still read other people's comments in advance and drove directly to B2. I couldn't find it after turning around for several times. I called to find it; then from the underground parking lot to the lobby, both elevators can only go to the mall on the fourth floor, so I called again and found out that I had to take the elevator to the first floor and then walk out of the mall and turn to another place to take the elevator to the lobby on the fifth floor. These can actually be clearly marked in the underground parking lot in advance. This area is good for traveling alone. It is not far from Xu Zhimo's former residence, Nanguanxiang, and Leather City. There is a mall downstairs, which is very convenient for eating and playing.

Overall, the stay experience at [Li Rui Haining Yintai Branch] was quite pleasant. The location is convenient, not far from the subway station and the business district, and it is convenient for travel and shopping. The room is large, the furniture and electrical appliances function normally, the sanitation is also very clean, the whole house has intelligent remote control, and it is full of technology. In terms of service, the staff is polite and responds to needs immediately. The breakfast variety is not small, but the taste is acceptable. The price-performance ratio is very high. If you have high requirements for accommodation, you can consider it as a temporary place to stay.
