Abit pricey but location is really good. Worth the penny for short stay! Breakfast was normal, nothing fancy

Nice view. Can play with snow just besides the room. All good except the breakfast, needs to be improved.

I love this hotel as it looks new and modern after the refurbishment as well as the room is well equipment. The hotel owner and staff are very friendly and helpful for everything. The most important one is there is a cafe just inside the hotel itself which we can enjoy a cup of coffee whenever we want! Well, I will stay this hotel again when visiting China Snow Town next time.

First time staying this type of room. Room design is quite modern. Recommended.

Claimed to be a non smoking room but ashtray provided everywhere in the hotel. The non enforcement of non smoking rules made the no smoking sign everywhere a joke. The corridors and lobby are non ventilated and the whole hotel stinks like smoking pot. It is such a waste for a hotel that is tastefully done up and very well maintained. Pity the room only smelt nice when we first entered. Those with asthmatic history or symptoms sld not come to snow village as everywhere in restaurant and hotels are ppl smoking. If u really need to come chose small cafe restaurant and eat during non peak hours. Pity this beautiful place.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The breakfast was good and the hotel location is very close to the town centre.

It is quite a new and modern hotel, with nice amenities, at a very good location inside the snow town. Staff was very friendly, no English spoken but phone translator solved our problems. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious! I recommend this stay.

The room is ultra small and with very low ceiling. No place to even open your luggage. Water was not hot enough for a comfortable shower. Breakfast is terrible.

Price is on the high side , the bathroom is slightly better than those inn in the scenic area , room was small, service was decent helped to carried the luggage during check in and checkout , it quite hard to drag the luggage on the snow , breakfast was good.

Exceptional service and very warmth and nice people. We’re using their transfer service and they assist us almost everything upon picking up, shared us about cultures and stories and also bring us around before arrived at the hotel. When arriving, they already someone welcome us at the station and help us to carry our luggage to the hotel and into room. It is a family run hotel, everyone with big smiles and happy vibe. Rooms we had are spacious with good view, bed and pillow was comfy, very clean washroom and it’s overall a very cozy room that make me feels really relaxing. Foods are good with reasonable price, we enjoy the food that they recommended very much. I’m highly recommended this place if you’re visiting snow town. Will definitely stay there again if am going back in future.

A very very new hotel, room with perfect view! Everyone at the hotel was super friendly, warm and loving! Definitely a go to hotel if you are wanting to visit Snow Town!!
