Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Haikou

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Haikou, Hainan for two nights in April. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Haikou. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere. One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest. The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. I absolutely have to recommend the Hampton by Hilton I stayed at for my business trip – the experience was simply outstanding! The hotel boasts a fantastic location, incredibly close to Longhu Tianjie (Paradise Walk). Check-in was a breeze; the front desk staff were exceptionally efficient, friendly, and attentive, even offering thoughtful recommendations for local shopping areas. All this for such a great price, too! I stayed in a Comfortable Room, and stepping inside, I was immediately struck by its warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious, had a practical layout, and was filled with wonderful natural light. The sunlight streaming through the window instantly brightened my mood. The high-quality bedding guaranteed a truly restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a modern wet and dry separation. The hotel's Wi-Fi was also very stable and fast. For those driving, there's a huge parking lot around the hotel, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. You just need to scan a QR code at the front desk for a parking voucher when you enter or exit. The hotel breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted amazing. The value for money is incredible, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Haikou!

A very satisfying parent-child stay experience, super cost-effective, clean, good sound insulation, warm layout, super satisfied for detail control. Exclusive cartoon items, children love bathrobes, toiletries, toys. Before check-in, call in advance to inquire about the needs of check-in, and call to visit after check-out to see if they are satisfied. The children's playground is also very interesting, and the children have a lot of fun. Quality products must be boutique. Choose them with your eyes closed. There are also handwritten tips and hand-drawn pictures on the TV wall. For such a loving hotel, I really think I have a good eye hahaha. The children were also surprised and praised it in various ways. The breakfast is also delicious, rich, delicious and nutritious. In short, I can't praise it enough. Please keep being so awesome👍

We found a great little BBQ spot nearby with tasty food, and there's also a Hainan specialty supermarket offering good value. Haikou itself has a very relaxed vibe. As it was the off-season, we were upgraded to a family room. My only suggestion would be to add some outdoor chairs to the balcony/patio; it would be perfect for enjoying tea and unwinding.
