The location of the hotel is OK, right next to the North-South Fruit Market, less than half an hour from the airport, and close to the high-speed rail station, with convenient parking. The room linens were high-end, very clean, with a high thread count, and very comfortable. The curtains were of excellent quality, especially the white gauze curtains. I replaced them with the same style back home. The memory foam pillow was great. I'm not sure what brand it is, but I'll let you know when I have time. Parking is convenient, but I'd appreciate any improvements to the elevator's cleanliness. The fire doors on the floors should be repainted and have anti-collision strips added to extend their lifespan.

The hotel's location is convenient for travel, and the room was immaculately cleaned for two consecutive days. As for the bad: I requested a quiet room during my reservation. The first night was fine, but the second was a nightmare. At around 6:00 a.m., I was bombarded with decibels from the neighbors' open doors. The constant chatter and loud cell phones in the hallway overwhelmed me. I tried to negotiate with them twice, but to no avail. The representative from the other team even asked me to check out and change rooms if I couldn't handle it. I was exhausted and went to the restaurant for breakfast. I met a hotel staff member in the elevator to report it. The other party said: This is the guest's personal behavior... OK, I have nothing to say. If you compare this hotel with the standards of other Yishang hotels, the room does have problems such as old facilities and equipment, and odor and water accumulation in the toilet. It was my first time in Hainan and I wanted to have a good time and didn't want to report these problems. The typhoon stopped for six and disrupted my plan, which was already very depressing. It also affected my rest and caused me mental exhaustion. I have been to many cities and hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation... The hotel later proposed a compensation plan to comfort my injured heart... I escaped against the typhoon, and I hope everything goes well in my future trip to Hainan.
