The hotel is on a hill and the atmosphere is really nice. It's nice to take a walk and park in front of the room. It's so nice. Check-in took a lot of time and I thought the staff was unfriendly, but other than that, they paid a lot of attention to making the staff so kind and comfortable. The hot springs have a lot of variety and are quiet, so I like them. However, the water is dirty where the kids play, so it needs to be improved. The hotel restaurant has fixed hours, and it's not convenient to eat anything except that time, but there is a new city within 30 minutes by car, so you can go out for dinner. If only a few things were improved, I would like to go again even if it's far.

From the check-in at the front desk, there is a butler: Zhang Chuandong to follow up the whole process, pick up and drop off by car, very considerate, and also sent 4 cups of dessert for midnight snack. The guest room is clean and tidy, the hot spring water is very clean and comfortable to soak in, there are many entertainment activities, and the food in the restaurant is also delicious. I will come again in the future.

We stayed the day before May Day, so there were few people and the environment was good. The hot springs were basically reserved. The room has a butler service. Our butler Liu Jiani was very considerate and responded quickly to questions such as room item delivery and travel! The car can be parked downstairs of the villa, which is very convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was warm and thoughtful, there were many recreational activities, and the children had a lot of fun! The housekeeper, Miss Liu Jiani, was very responsible and not only brought children's slippers and bathrobes for the children, but also sent fruit snacks and sugar water. Since we were traveling with two children, the king-size bed room we booked was a bit crowded, and Jiani took the initiative to help us change to a twin bed room. Next time I come to Shenshan, I will choose Shuidishan Hot Spring Manor, which is really great!

The hotel living experience is very good. I thought that the park was relatively large and there would be inconvenience in reception, but our housekeeper Zhang Baoxiang gave very enthusiastic help, so everything was timely and smooth. The hot spring pool in the backyard of the room was also cleaned before soaking. This service and food delivery were very fast. There were also battery cars to pick up and send to the lobby and hot springs, but it was actually quite close to walk there👍

Very satisfied, the air is really good, integrated with the surrounding mountains and waters, you can walk and run in the manor. It happened to be the off-season when there were not many people, which would affect the dining. As a result, the dining was very good. For dinner, I ordered a pork knuckle and fried fish fillet with scrambled eggs. The eggs were very tender. It was really enjoyable to soak in the hot springs at night! I practiced Tai Chi in the morning and felt like I had washed my lungs!

We brought our kids to play, there were no twin rooms, so we applied for an extra bed and got breakfast and hot spring tickets. I will take my kids to the Shuidishan Hot Spring Manor when I have time.

This time, I would like to thank the housekeeper Jacob Lin Litao, who was very enthusiastic from check-in to check-out. He responded to all questions and handled all requests in a timely manner. I came here ten years ago, and it has become much more beautiful now. Jiulongtan Waterfall has been improved a lot along the way. I will come again next time to experience a different room type.

It was a pleasant surprise for a short trip decided on temporarily. The service and environment were very good. Li Juan at the front desk was very considerate. I usually go to Jiuchong Lake to soak in hot springs, and I can come here again later.

The experience was amazing! The swimming pool is spacious, the water is clear, and it's super refreshing to swim. There are complete facilities around, and you can rest at any time when you are tired of playing in the water. The scenery is even more amazing. Looking out from the room and the public area, the mountains, water and blue sky are picturesque, pleasing to the eyes and comfortable. The service is super considerate, the staff is enthusiastic and professional, and they answer all questions. I especially praise the butler Jacob, who booked restaurants, arranged cars, and gave travel suggestions. He is thoughtful in everything. It's super reassuring to have him around. However, because the public hot spring pool has long been admired, we still choose to go to the public hot spring at night and enjoy the private hot spring the next morning. The public hot spring area is relatively large, the greenery is very good, most of the pools are very large, and there are not many tourists. There is a pool for our family, and it also feels like a private hot spring. The spring water is clear and feels very comfortable. Butler Zhang Chuandong is thoughtful and enthusiastic, patient and meticulous, very considerate, and feels at home.

I go to the pool every year. This year I stayed at Xiangxi Villa. The water in the private pool was too slow to drain, so I had to go to the public pool. Everything else was pretty good. I bought a dinner package, which was very worry-free. Food and accommodation were included.
