酒店位置醒目好找，辦理入住的那位年紀大的女前台找到訂單後給了個最差的房型，在電梯口的旁邊，過道的最頂端，而且對訂單中的套餐所包含的洗浴及自助晚餐提都沒提直接給了我房卡算結束，還是我主動問起才給了券，真是不要就不給，房間臨街雜聲大，隔壁新樓在裝修，白天那個電錘聲你別想休息。一樓的王府淮揚零點餐廳體驗很差，淮揚乾絲48元不算便宜了，可廚師偷工減料不放河蝦，韭菜炒螺螄肉那個螺螄肉都沒處理，全是虸，根本沒法吃。沐浴湯池水温40℃，泡不了幾分鐘，去過二次，幾乎都沒幾個人，自助晚餐還不錯，人挺多，額外**上買了份券69元，住店居然不優惠，説酒店不賣券，可也是掛了王府的招牌呀。早餐都是中式，品種也不多，有些掉價，配不上4星高擋的定位，歡迎水果給了2個橙子，還是服務員手裡抓着給我的，你這是4星呀，好歹用個盤子盛放呀，這麼多年來還是第一次手接手直接抓着歡迎水果

幾年前去住過2晚這再次入住，跟之前比差得太遠了，沒有歡迎水果，温泉在酒店外面很不方便沒有使用，算得上是噱頭！
早餐根本就沒啥吃的，8：30不到去的話就衹有吃麪，衞生特差，永遠不會再選擇王府！

房間面積較大，服務人員態度也不錯，衹是早餐，一言難盡啊，王府大酒店居然還不如連鎖經濟酒店。牛奶見底沒有，紅茶見底沒有，豆漿見底沒有，所以餐廳門口是無人管理，敞開式入場，不過也許衹是2023年10月2日的早晨如此。
