"This is probably one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in, and the photos honestly don’t do it justice. The infinity pool is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the spa is incredible, and we had probably one of the best massages we’ve ever had. From the quality of sleep to the food, materials, design and overall comfort, everything about the property itself was exceptional. For that reason alone, I have to give it five stars. The only area that really needs improvement is the staff and level of service. There were several small interactions that just felt a little unpolished. We asked what was inside a toast sandwich on the menu and received a very vague “toast and something else” answer. We also extended our stay by an extra night and had to change rooms. When we asked whether it might be possible to remain in the same room, the answer was simply “no.” Of course, we completely understand if the hotel was fully booked, but at this level you expect something more along the lines of, “Unfortunately we’re fully booked and we’re sorry we can’t accommodate that.” Another staff member offered to give us a tour of the property, told us he would be right back, and then simply never returned. These are all things that can easily be improved with better training and a little more polish. The hotel itself is so spectacular that I simply can’t rate it poorly because of them. It’s a truly special property and one I would absolutely recommend."

"This was our third visit to this wonderful hotel. Every time it feels like coming home. Everyone is so kind and helpful! The rooms are spotless, facilities are wonderful. We have been twice in the summer and for the first time in the winter. Surroundings are wonderful and we are looking forward to next year when we will return again!"

"Rarely, if ever, has it been so difficult for us to leave because it was an incredibly wonderful vacation. One of the things that convinced us to book at the beginning was the great service from reception. Big compliments to all the staff and big compliments to the great facilities, the attention to detail in every nook and cranny, everything extraordinarily well thought out and every meal a feast for the palate. We have never experienced anything to complain about and we have been to many hotels, the Viertler is by far one of the better if not the nicest we have ever been to, simply because everything was just right! "Hotel Chalet Mirabell was such a beautiful Magical experience for our Family holiday making it the most perfect way to end the year and a fabulous start to 2026 all together. The Reiterer Family have created a relaxed, warm and welcoming venue with it's clean design and decor in a most idyllic area in the South Tyrol. Our rooms where spacious and very comfortable having the most majestic views of the Dolomites and kept impeccably clean. The SPA facilities are so well balanced in catering for Adult Guests travelling alone as well as for Family Guests with their Little Guests. The Kids Club/Cinema/Family SPA with the Baby/Kids Pools & Slides kept our little ones perfectly entertained. The Food was an exquisite blend of South Tyrol and Mediterranean cuisine - best of Italian Cuisine. The Staff are all so pleasant and cordial with all of their guests giving special attention to their youngest guests which meant our three young Grandsons immediatly felt at home. We will definitely RETURN."
