My booking was for 3 Double Deluxe King beds with lake views rooms, and I'm not happy because:
The rooms I booked were not the ones I got it. They told me the pictures were wrong, but they are still on the website, so be sure you finally get the rooms you booked.
Only 1 of the 3 rooms had lake views, the other 2 rooms were not lake views.
TV didn't work in one of the rooms.
All the 3 rooms need improvement.
I attached the picture of the room it was supposed I got it, but I didn't.
I contacted with reception desk 24 hours of arrival day asking for safari prices and they answered me one day after at 21 pm, so if you stay only for 1 or 2 days, this is a really late answer.
So be sure when you book and paid for the Deluxe lake view room is the correct one.
For other hand, the breakfast amd dinner menu are plenty od good and different choices of food.

If Somebody want to stay value for money don’t chose this hotel location is good but room is old hotel good for local people and not for tourist who travel arround world

史上住過最差的酒店，我訂的是雙床房
他跟我說這兩張拼在一起的就是雙床
然後給了一個加床
我說寫的是兩張1.3-1.5米的床，那個服務員敢說那兩張拼在一起的床一張就有1.3米，怎麼可能。
量了只有0.9米不肯換房
check in時給的wifi 卡是連不到的
早餐時間也不告知 去到已經在收了
說是有名的品牌酒店，一點服務都沒有

シギリヤ周辺を観光するにあたって宿泊しました。
利用者の多くは家族連れの西洋人たちで、アジア人はほぼいませんでした。
ヴィラ、客室そのものはだいぶ古く、傷んでる箇所も見られましたが、広大な敷地と温かいホスピタリティでもてなされました。

Increíble localización en mitad de la naturaleza. Muy tranquilo y con muy buen servicio, todo el mundo muy agradable. Habitación súper limpia. Hicimos una excursión para un safari de elefantes con un guía (Chinthaka) y totalmente recomendable ya que tenía buenos conocimientos y respetaba a los elefantes intentando evitar zonas donde estuviesen mucho coches.
