The room was very clean. It had a luxurious feel, and when we checked in, we were offered a tropical drink. There are casinos and a shopping mall nearby, so I think you'll have a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. The service is also top-notch, and every staff member is very enthusiastic. However, there are a few drawbacks: the bathroom is tiny, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, and the breakfast selection is quite limited. If these issues were improved, it would easily be a five-star hotel.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Fili Hotel NUSTAR. The facilities, amenities, and service from the room staff met our expectations. The pool, gym, and other amenities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of selections. My daughter especially loved the complimentary popcorn, bread, and juice served in the lobby during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. However, there were a few areas that could be improved, particularly during the check-in process. For a five-star hotel, the check-in took quite a while due to the long queue, which was disappointing after arriving at the hotel. I had reserved a Twin Bed room, but upon check-in, we were informed that only a King Bed room was immediately available and that it would take longer if we chose to wait for a Twin Bed room to become available. The staff advised that they could arrange the room later, but this would have required them to enter our room after we had already settled in. Then, the in-room staff delivered extra pillows and bedding. We opted not to proceed with the extra bed setup and simply used the spacious couch, which we moved closer to the bed and made up with the extra bedding. This arrangement worked well for the three of us and allowed us to rest immediately after a long day of travel, without having to wait for additional room preparations or have staff working in the room while we were already relaxing. Note that their standard check-in time is at 3 PM, we arrived at the hotel past 3 pm already. We were also celebrating my husband's birthday during our stay. During the booking process, I requested if it would be possible to display a personalized birthday greeting on the room's TV screen. The hotel kindly confirmed via email that they would arrange the greeting and also provide a birthday cake. We truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake delivered to our room, which was a lovely gesture. However, the personalized birthday message on the TV was unfortunately not displayed as promised. Another issue occurred during check-in regarding our breakfast entitlement. I had booked a room with breakfast for three guests, but the hotel's system only reflected breakfast for two. Fortunately, the staff resolved the issue without requiring any additional payment for our daughter after I presented my Trip.com booking confirmation. While I appreciate how they handled the situation, I believe these booking details should already be accurate upon arrival to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Despite these check-in concerns, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. The room attendants were attentive and regularly checked if we needed anything, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I would still recommend Fili Hotel NUSTAR for its excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff. My only suggestion is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the check-in process, as it sets the first impression for guests. Hopefully, our experience was an isolated case, and future guests will enjoy a smoother arrival.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? Location is fantastic. But i was not happy with the mattress and the pillows. i have stayed in the hotel beside it which is slightly cheaper and had better mattress, better pillows and bigger room in comparison.. Overall this hotel is good. But another disappointment is no face towel in the bathroom and breakfast had no bacon which i look forward especially it's in the Philippines There is a stupid policy that this hotel practice. I wonder who is the smart ellect who implemented which is you need a departure slip in order to leave after checkout. I was already in a hurry rushing to get to the airport and had to wait 15 minutes to get a departure slip. These days modern hotels have fast checkout where we just throw in the key card but this hotel is still stuck with bureaucracy OMG

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment throughout my visit. What stood out the most was the excellent service from the staff they were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience.

The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night.

First time staying at this hotel. The staff were very helpful in resolving any issues we had. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym, and spa. Overall, the facilities are excellent. There are many options for breakfast, so you can choose freely. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is slightly dated, but overall cleanliness is fine. There is a noticeable humid smell when entering the room, and the toilet also has a slight odor. The shower has strong water pressure, which is good, but the water flow from the basin faucet is quite weak. Breakfast offers mostly Filipino dishes, with an egg station and a selection of bread. Night time downstair restaurant you can have your dinner and drinks but they close 10pm .
