룸: 룸 바닥이 마루바닥이라 좋았음. 방과 화장실이 매우크다. 가구: 침대는 딱딱함. 비데고 있고 어메니티도 구비되어있음
청결도: 바닥청소가 매우 깨끗하게 되어있음.
위치: 불국사 석굴암가기 최적의 위치이고 길건너에 슈퍼가 있어서 맥주사서 방에서 마시기도 좋음

6월6일부터 6월9일까지 숙박을 이용했습니다.
이용에 대한 문제점만 나열하겠습니다.
문제점 : 객실출입카드, 안내데스크의 응대, 에어컨, 비데
6일 비데가 자동으로 내려가는 현상.. 앉아있는데도 자동으로 물이 내려가고, 사용을 안해도 물이 내려감.
새벽에도 물이 내려가서 잠이 깸 비행기처럼 빨아드리는 변기형식이라 꽤 시끄러움.
에어컨 정상작동, 첫날은 그럭저럭 지냄
7일 저녁거리와 짐을 잔뜩들고왔는데 객실출입카드로 객실이 안열림.(18시~19시사이)
프론트에 갔더니 아무도 없고, 어디로 전화하라고 기재되어있음. 전화하니 안내데스크에 전화가 울림..20분동안 전화계속하면서 기다리다가.
1층 커피숍에 물어보니 전화대신해주심.. 프론트를비우는데 착신도 안하고 감...객실카드 다시 재등록해주심.
에어컨을 켜면 잠시후 꺼짐.비가 온날이라 습하기도하고 에어컨켜기위해 잠이깨고 변기때문에 계속 깸,
8일 아침에 나가면서 에어컨 꺼짐현상을 프론트에 문의(남자)하니 원래 그게 정상이라고함..비데는 확인해보겠다고 함
저녁에 돌아오니 꺼지는게 정상이라던 에어컨이 안꺼지고 잘 작동함. 비데는 동일증상.포기하고 그냥 잠
9일 퇴실
시설에 대한 문제는 발생할수도 있는데, 프론트의 응대와 연락이 안되는건 도저히 이해가 안됨.
두번다시 이용할 의향 없음.
