The food at breakfast was amazing. The staff was very cooperative, especial mention to Payal for her good service. The rooms are good - neat, clean, well kept. The interior of rooms is fine. Front desk people were very cooperative

I visited Radisson,Gwalior for leisure and my experience there was good.My father is a VIP member of Radisson group of hotels and till now he has visited many Radisson Hotels in India.One thing that dissapointed me about Radisson,Gwalior was that the prices of food items were too high despite it is just "Radisson"not Radisson blue.The thing is, one is ready to pay such high prices if the food is satisfactory but here,you won't find "tasty" food.I think the hotel should revise the rates of the food items.

I stayed at Radisson Gwalior for five days in March 2025, and while the hotel itself was a letdown—faulty WiFi, glitchy key cards, and a persistent bathroom stench—two staff members made a real difference. Mamta from the front office genuinely cared about my experience, tirelessly trying to address my concerns with patience and empathy. Meanwhile, Sneha at the restaurant was an absolute gem. Every morning, she prepared hot water with lime and honey for my sore throat, ensuring it was perfect, and her warmth elevated every meal in the fantastic restaurant. Despite the hotel’s shortcomings, Mamta and Sneha’s exceptional service and dedication stood out, making my stay bearable. They deserve all the praise for their efforts!
