Such a warm welcome from everyone on the team. Really comfortable room with views across the valley and enough space for our morning pilates workouts! HIghly recommend the perfectly poached eggs for breakfast, and all the seafood dishes on the dinner menu. Our 3rd time staying here and will definitely be back again.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Our room felt homey and comfortable and breakfast fell right in line with that distinction. Had a delicious dinner in the pub. Best of all, though, were the people who made us feel right at home every time we were with them: Rob, Jackie, Maggie, Emma, and “the other Rob.” This is a pleasantly welcoming establishment for those looking for a slower, softer side to traveling.

Stayed overnight on a business trip to Caerphilly. Pleasant room (very warm after a day of sunshine thorugh the big roof windows); a convenient place, good atmosphere. Food and drinks were nice, although a bit pricey; great breakfast....

Very comfortable room, professional and friendly, nice touches, like fresh milk in the room, good pub, excellent breakfast and you would have to go a very long way to find a better vegetarian sausage! Only three rooms, only negative is the very narrow staircase to our room.

This is the second time in about 6 months that I have stayed in this fabulous place. Rooms are super comfortable, good level of care and attention and the rooms are really well appointed. Quiet and gorgeous area and the food is utterly sublime, I will be back again

Very welcoming, helpful staff, friendliest welcome ever. Clean and comfortable accommodation, with everything you need for an overnight stay. Food freshly cooked and excellent quality. Lovely location to walk up the Garth mountain/hill.

I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms are really clean, cosy and comfortable with everything you need for a perfect stay. The pub has a great eating area and though have not eaten dinner breakfast is great and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking and places you can walk to see more of the area

We stayed for two nights and the room was very comfortable. The dinner in the restaurant was first class and good value. Breakfast was superb and the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. They have the best range of real ales that I have seen (very important), including locally sourced. The Inn is situated not far from St Fagans Museum, which was the main point of our visit. I would certainly use the accommodation again.
