前台説話態度不好，説話不算話，訂酒店的時候問清楚了的事情退房的時候就不承認了找很多理由。電視也衹是一個擺設，什麼也看不了，進房間就有股味道很不好聞和網上圖片有差距，早飯就別説了，啥也不是店員和顧客還有差別這是我沒搞懂的。反正以後不會再來第二次這個酒店了

房間隔音很差，隔壁正常説話，聽得一清二楚，更別説打呼嚕和電視聲了，6樓做過隔音的房間，隔音效果也不好，當天前台夜班短髮接待員工作態度極差，嚴重缺乏職業素養，房間隔音差，隔壁打呼嚕跟進驢圈一樣，前台夜班不管，説我睡不着就在一樓大廳沙發坐着，直到半夜三點直接投訴到酒店經理那裡，第二天才安排客房負責人給調了房間，在此對酒店經理和客房李姓負責人表示感謝！
