The check in was very quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms was nice and the bed slept so good we didn’t want to get up. If we go that way again that’s where we will stay!

Wouldn’t stay again
Staff were helpful and nice! But there was construction in the parking lot we had to find a side door, the pool wasn’t open, our tv didn’t work(they fixed it), and the jacuzzi tub didn’t work, only hot water came out/no jets. Otherwise it was clean and a comfortable room. Found cheaper hotels around with similar amenities

VERY comfortable and the location was was convenient for our purposes of being there. It was directly across from Six Flags Great America which made it readily accessible for season pass holders like ourselves. We most definitely will return some time this summer a few more times.

We reserved 2 queen beds and received only 1 king. Staff said hotel was booked and couldn't switch to give us 2 beds. No hair dryer. Breakfast was non existent.

Very clean room. Front desk is awesome and the oversized tubs are a really nice touch. I'm a bigger guy and can never fit in the tub lol but here I fit no problem, with room to spare. Breakfast could be a little more appetizing but overall I have no complaints.

Rooms appear clean. Been to this location before. This time there was a bug in my room. It was not a roach or bed bug, but an outside bug from outside that travelled through the vents. Good value mostly clean stay. Not a bad experience. Worth a stay. Cleaning staff would have to be friendlier and do a better job cleaning the rooms for bugs.

This hotel it’s located in the best location right across from a gas station 10 minutes walking distance from Six Flags five minutes away from the mall and two minutes to the entrance of the highway great location

Great service and room was very clean and nice, I left my air pods and they called me right away to come get them. Will definitely will stay there again!
